I called Joseph looking for a box spring 10 minutes before he closed. When I arrived, he had the box spring waiting by the front door. He also made sure I had the correct size for my bed. The really impressive part of the whole experience, besides how kind Joseph was, was when he offered to get the box spring back to the apartment!! Truly Joseph makes his customers happy! I found legacy mattress and purchased a mattress in 2014. Six years later, I had some sagging in the mattress and went in to talk to Joseph at Legacy, not only did he remember me but he provided they warranty information, told me to call them first but if the warranty company did not help me he would give me half off any mattress in his store. Of course the warranty company weaseled out so I went back to see Joseph. Not only did he offer me a top of the line mattress at half price but delivered it the same day for free. So many places in Los Angeles to buy a bed. A few months ago my neighbor recommended I checkout this place on overland. I went over to Legacy and talked to Joseph the owner about my bad back and trouble with insomnia.I ended up getting a Black Diamond firm mattress and it was one of the nicest things I’ve ever bought myself. It’s incredibly comfortable and it seems to have improved my sleep. We bought a mattress and box springs a few years ago from Legacy Mattress and one of the feet on the frame broke and we just needed a replacement. Joseph happily replaced it for free and said if it didnt work he would come to our place and replace the entire frame free of charge - this is several years after the initial purchase. Of course the foot worked just fine, but every interaction weve had with Legacy Mattress has always shown us that they clearly want happy clients for life, which they certainly have with us.

The owner Joseph is very helpful and passionate about his work. He recommended me two mattresses that were exactly what I needed for my back. Very nice and firm. I told him I have been sleeping uncomfortably and he got me a same day delivery. Very satisfying service.

He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and recommended something we would not even have considered, set up delivery for the following day, and added freebies that we were not expecting.After our visit, he called to ask if we wanted the standard box springs or the short box springs. We opted for standard, and found that overall, the bed was too tall for our needs. .When we called the next day, he was already expecting our call, as the delivery people told him they thought the bed might be too tall, and agreed to exchange them the next day, no problem, no questions asked.It has been a VERY long time since I have experienced that level of customer service ...
