I ordered items for online pickup, because COVID. Anyway, they charged my card for the purchase but then cancelled my order. No refund has been issued. No one has called or emailed. I still have yet to be able to get anyone on the phone regarding this issue, even though I called during “store hours”. I’ve just been sent a random text saying my order was cancelled. Where is my money though? Why haven’t I been sent any information regarding my refund for items that they have advertised online but don’t actually have in store? What kind of scam is this?

Great customer service. Every time I go theyre super friendly and helpful.The prices are decent! And you get a deal for paying in cash.Their selection is good wish it was bigger. But overall the place is great! Good discounts and great customer service.

I love the clothes at this location. I feared she would not have clothing for plus size but I was wrong. If you need assistance GRAY FASHION is always helpful in finding clothes that look good on people. I brought in a friend and she too was impressed with the selection. I like buying clothes and knowing I wont look like everyone I pass on the street.

I love this place, Defenitly my favorite store, Out beats other stores at the mall. They have so many styles and very decent prices. My sisters and I all come here for our shopping needs, Weekly. They have lingerie, Dresses, Jeans. I mostly buy dresses and lingerie, I can’t complain about fabrics, They are excellent. I really do recommend everyone comes and checks this boutique out.
