Really rude workers, I was simply confused as to the 2$ membership that they make you pay to enter as I’ve never seen this before, and the lady at the front was really rude and told me “I wasn’t going to break the bank.” I wasn’t opposed to paying this, just confused as to what it was. Once I was in the store, the other workers were just as unfriendly and mean. Would never recommend to anyone.

This is a really cool store. They have everything from simple sexy to extravagant costumes! The only reason for the missing 5th star is that their sale items section upstairs is a mess, a beautiful mess, but still a mess. Although on sale, some of these items are very pricey and I think they should be treated as such. But that said, I found exactly what I was looking for eventually and a few extras! If you like lingerie, you gotta check it out!

Sizing is ridiculously smaller than normal. Im an *ITALIAN* 8/10 (medium) and nothing fit me. Their handmade clothes are designed for a very specific group of people. Dont waste your time here.

After looking for fairy wings everywhere I decided to call this store before I am going there to make sure they have them.called the store ( the person who answered is the owner ) and I asked him very specific if they have big fairy wings? and he responded with a yes. then I asked how much is it? and he said it ranges between 25-35$.so I decided to go there driving there was legit 5 min from my apt as I live nearby when I came to the store the girl at the front desk said I couldnt get in unless I am a member, if I want to enter the store this will be 2$ for a yearly SCAM membership.I then told her that I came to get fairy wings and before I pay her 2$ I want to make sure that they have them and if she can please go and check.she went to the back came back and said yes we have them it ranges between 60-70$.I told her I called 5 min ago and someone on the phone said 25-35$. and she said oh if you already got a quote on the phone thats fine that will be the price.I paid her the 2$ asked her where can I find the wings and she sent me to the back, i went in and they only had MINI ANGEL (FEATHER WINGS).I called the owner to ask where are the fairy wings and he points to the angel wings tell me those are  the fairy wings (mind you its stated on the bag in English ANGEL WINGS )i requested my 2$ back since those arent fairy wings, the owner started screaming at me and bullied me, and I left without the wings and without my money.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Interesting outfits, but VERY over priced. I once came in and was interested in only 1 item but have tried on multiple and after telling the lady that I only want one of the items she ignored it and still rung it up to see if I would pay extra. I say, don’t shop here unless you want to spend a good $500 on something interesting but yet you could just go online to fashion nova and order a sexy outfit for less than $30! If you’re going to be spending high end prices you want to be buying from a company that IS high end. This place is run down, and run by older people that have no idea how to brand themselves.

RUDE staff and absolutely atrocious customer service! The lingerie and costumes arent even good quality. I can see the seams coming undone already.

1. They make you pay two dollars at the door just to look at the clothes.2. They claim everything is made in-house when everything is very clearly factory-made WITH THE TAGS ON THEM and can easily be bought on Amazon for a quarter of the price. Its embarrassing.3. My friend grabbed a small for something when she needed a larger size. The guy who works there laughs and tells her You realize this is a small? Yeah, that wont work. Rude and condescending.4. Cheaply made and SUPER marked up. $400 for a thin mesh robe? Why? How are you guys still in business? Is the door fee really keeping you afloat?

I love this store! I have been going there for 5 years now and I think it is Amazing!! I dont really understand the reviews I think the staff is very nice and accommodating. I have about 7-8 Halloween costumes from them and they have lasted me years! My friends even borrow them and they are still beautiful. The craftsmanship is one of a kind and their friendly staff keeps me coming back year after year!

The one and only Trashy Lingerie is the original sexy lingerie store. Everyday sensual to outrageous lingerie. plus costumes. And you can fine every accessory imaginable need, including shoes. I appreciate their small, quirky yearly membership fee because it keeps the customers courteous. Staff is always ready to answer questions and many items may be custom ordered, or shop online. Definitely worth a visit if you are in LA area.

Condescending attitudes.... I found more quality costumes and a much better selection for a fraction of the cost in Paris recently. Yeah- I had to pay airfare but at least I was somewhere nice. This shop is so run down and dirty....Come to think of it- the costumes in this shop cost more than my ticket to Paris!Won’t be back.

I am not the kind of person that complains, but this hurt me on a deeper level and I must share:I am SOOOOOOOOOO Disappointed with this company. I bought a bra that was on sale ($175.99) on their website ASSUMING that I would get the same one as pictured on their page.. lo and behold, I received a different type of the bra without the arm swags (I literally bought that bra BECAUSE of the cute arm swags). I quickly called hoping that I could at least exchange but apparently, all sales are final even though I didnt get a warning before I continued to purchase. When I told the guy over the phone.. he said that it is listed on their website that all sales are final.(so does everyone go and read THAT before making purchases? I dont think so!) PLUS it is THEIR fault for putting the picture of the model wearing the type of bra that I wanted! Its as if they did this on purpose to make people make mistakes when they buy!! TRASHY LINGERIE..That sneaky stuff that you are doing is not cool and unfair. Customer service is horrific over here, be warned when making purchases with them...These people dont deserve to have good loyal customers.There is a reason the place is called TRASHY their customer service is literally, TRASH.

This store is a terrible let downFor starters you have to pay a membership fee of two dollars to get us at the store or like a very typical LA situation you can follow them on Instagram and get a one year membership to be able to bring two guests in at a timeComing in we thought we were going to be brought to reasonably priced good quality costumes only to find out that a party city looking costume cost $640I came in for one thing bunny years they said they have custom bunny years for $90 eachThe customer service is terrible that of a sleazy gift shop thrift store feeling well expecting to pay prices that are equivalent to a luxury goods store. Disrespectful guy (seller)

Called asking if they carry bullet bra pads for, well, bullet bras, duh. The guy who answered the phone snobbily replied that hes been working in the industry for 30 Years and has never heard if them. No offense, but if youve never even heard of a bullet bra pad IDK what your doing selling vintage lingerie. I then asked the pricing for his bullet bras and he quoted me $150. Um, no thats obscenely overpriced, especially for the quality. Just go to WHAT KATIE SAID in Burbank. More reasonably priced, more knowledgeable, and so wonderful to work with not to mention their selection is super sexy, but classy. I buy from them almost every time because its so hard to find reputable vintage lingerie.

I respect that they make their own stuff... but its pricey and not super quality... 3 stars for being an institution and friendly enough... it is what it is - it is unique and I like that 👙I was greater by an older lady btw and she was cool - idk about the rest !

I personally didnt go into the store myself but my significant other did with one of her friends and I was APPALLED at what I heard had transpired.She informed me that as she was about to try on a robe, one of the representatives, a caucasian woman with reddish hair Im told, informed her that she can only try it if she intended to buy it.I beg your (expletive) pardon!? Are you unfamiliar with how trying things work? This is clearly an act of discrimination as my sig. other is of latin descent. I guarantee she wouldnt have called out someone who she visually perceived as wealthy.Also, she told me that as she tried it on, the rep rudely said ummm... its a small, implying that she would be too curvaceous for the piece. At that point, Id heard enough. Although my sig. other naturally avoids conflict, I will verbally disparage any companies that takes part in and actively employs discriminatory/racist behavior.Shame on you. You call yourself Trashy Lingerie as a facetious attempt to market to millennials but it appears its just a store with trashy customer service that happens to sell lingerie.

Trashy Lingerie is a Hollywood centerpiece! Decades worth of locals come here for special event costumes, and can now order online. Nothing is cheap, but all is made on the second floor, and has custom fitting available!

Just purchased one of the bargain costumes and whole outfit was falling apart. I asked the salesgirl if I could exchange it for another one and she said no because I purchased it online and all she could do is glue it back together. I asked if I could try it on and they said I had to purchase a membership to go to the dressing room but she said it wouldnt matter if it didnt fit because I cant return it or exchange it. I asked to speak with the owner and he was a dick too. He just grabbed a glue gun and started putting it together but the pieces were still falling off. Everyone was so rude. I use to be a fan of their original outfits but I never want to go back again. Its not worth it. I can make better costumes myself.

Interesting handmade outfits and large selection of lingerie. However all thats worthless due to the rudeness of the old fart owner and his thug son. They treat customers like they are running a brothel. Overpriced! Avoid at all costs. Better head to BuzzyBs on Hollywood blvd.

What an stupid place. First time there looking for a corset for Halloween. They requested to pay a membership before I can even get in to see if they have what Im looking for. What if they dont. I wil have payed for a memebership in a store I will never buy again cause Im a man and its not like Im buying women lingerie all the time. I dont know if thats their way to discriminate other genders and keep guys or gays away from the store but I find it really rude. I still have 2 weeks left to get my halloween costume and I definitely rather spend my budget on another store. No wonder why they have a big SALE sign outside... they need customers but they push them away.

Ive been coming here since the 90s as many.....mates do for costumes as well as lingerie. I foolishly moved to Fla (but oder online & is shipped to Fla) l but was here to do a 20 yr reunion & appearance. Costumes & lingerie are a MUST at these parties or u can have costumes & lingerie actually painted on tour body! Mad cool! Someone mentioned thei merchandise fell apart & is of poor quality. WHAT?? Im not trying to be mean but their merchandise beats any competition!! I know HUNDREDS of girls who have shopped here sine 90s...NOT ONE COMPLAINT! If someones purchase fell apart its because they gained weight & forced fitting causing anything to not fit & kill the garment! They have many diff sizes but be true to yourself & order your true size & not force fit! Peace!!

Horrible quality wont let you get a refund its all garbage falling apart its sooooo bad dont shop here also missing the most expensive piece I bought $500 is going in the garbage.
