Just left the store on a hot Saturday and it was a great experience. Sandy was wonderful and helped me pick up a matching set of 4 pieces, engraved them and then helped me packed them so I get them out to my car conveniently. Thank you, Sandy!!!

OMG, Austin is the most outstanding happy go lucky salesman I have ever met in a Tumi luggage store. Super knowledgeable and so helpful in picking out luggage and laptop bags when you dont know what you want. Give this young man a job of training other stores employees as I have never been treated this well. Timing could learn from this gentleman.Thank you so much Austin.
