I placed an order with this company on Nov. 21, 2013 and still have not received my order. I have called several times and human life never answers the phone all I get is voice mail to leave message. I have also emailed several times requesting them to either ship my order or return my money and as of Mar. 17, 2014 no one has returned my calls, refunded my money, or shipped my order!
