Watched a modular home being set up in Los Angeles and it was amazing.The lot went from vacant with only a concrete foundation to a complete home in a day. I didn;t believe it until i saw it WOW!!!

Great Experience! Wanted to build my custom home but didnt want to have builders disrupting neighborhood for up to 1 year. Modular construction was faster and more effecient than traditional builders - Only took ONE day for most of work to be completed - with crane and house being delivered in sections - then a few weeks of mostly interior work and I was home. Totally amazing house and proccess.
