I came here in to print some menus and Lizz helped me out. I am really happy with how the menus came out,but even more happy with the customer service I received. I highly recommend this Fedex location for ALL your Printing & shipping needs.
The worst customer experience ever. I had already gone to this location in person with a flash drive of the image I wanted to be made into a canvas print. This is what your website told me to do when I first tried to do this online. So that is what I did last Thursday, with your extremely rude counter person. She downloaded the image from my flash drive and told me it will be ready tomorrow (Friday, the 20th) or someone will contact me if there are issues with the image. Today is Monday the 23rd, so I called to check on the status and that SAME rude, completely disinterested girl(yes, I recognized her voice, hard to forget) told me I need to do this online. I reminded her that the reason I went into her store was because her website told me this wasnt the way I needed to have it done, so what now? She could absolutely care less, and told me I should try another location. No further suggestions, no further customer service whatsoever.I want this stores manager and/or owner to know that while so many people are being laid off right now because of lack of business, you had a customer who wanted to give you business, and this is how your employee treated me. I am dumbfounded that you have someone like this representing you. I just thought you should know.
I just want to say with everything going on I have received awesome customer service! I want to thank all the employees for continuing to work even though the threat of the pandemic is upon all of us! Thank-you! guys!
Fritz is the best! Made my transaction easy as pie, plus hes just sweet.
When fedex says they’ll drop off your package they mean literally. Dropped one off and broke the package in half. Requested a replacement with the shipper and they graciously complied. When fedex delivered it a second time; again literally dropped the package snapping it in half. Customer service cares just as much as the delivery drivers. Would have better luck shipping through any other service.
Never step in if you’re in an emergency !I wish I could give a negative, terrible customer service. We tried getting a printout off the print and go machine ( or so they say) for almost 45 minutes, while the staff was busy chit chatting. I would end up buying my own printer rather than waste my time with this. You could go in to listen the staff just laugh aloud but do not expect any help.
THIS GIRL NAMED DIANA WAS SO HELPFUL IBWAS RUNNING LATE TO A JOB INTERVIEW AND FORGOT TO PRINT OUT MY RESUME AND SHE GOT ME IN AND OUT AND WAS SO NICE ABOUT IT AND THE FEMALE SECURITY GUARD WITH HER ROCKED TOO! Thank you guys ill let you know it i got the job.-matt
I am speechless, there is a Fed in the process THE GOD is bound to be scrawl this store is perfect example, Guys dont insult your customer, because of them your Manager title exest ., Three different people said same thing of course they gonna say the same, thing because all three was involved in the incedent, I never see argu and shout to there customer, Mr Manager you are wrong, Now I know why your score is low, anyway best of luck.Hod bless you guys .
Walked in to print a shipping label. A male worker and female (had some sort of security jacket on).In a matter of 20 minutes I was yelled at 2 times by both female and male, then wasnt helped and the male gave me so much attitude even when I kept trying to be nice and polite .... waited for 1 paper to print for 15 minutes and he said I had to wait bc he was printing a booklet or whatever it was. I felt so uncomfortable I called my boyfriend who was sitting in the car and told him how rude they where and I didnt know what to do.He came in to comfort me and looked at the printer, the male yelled at him and said sir sir DO NOT even touch the printer) in front of many costumers who had come in. Completely unprofessional and so down right disrespectful. Kept yelling at us until we finallyleft.... went to another fed ex to print my paper ..... They where nice and helpfulI work in customer service and this is so unacceptable.
Wrote down totally wrong delivery information and zip code then left all the trouble to us. Called for correct the information but still doing nothing on the system when we check.
Big fan of Walter, Bret and Stephanie! Its super small and awkward so just be patient. If youre in a rush maybe dont come here because often times the volume exceeds the staff and thats not their fault!
On Monday October 1 associate fefused to accept my packages claming that they were closed even though I got threre before 6pm (closing time).
The first time ive ever been to a fedex office and they had the best service ive seen. The nicest people helped me out.

Terrible place do not go there Diana was terrible she asked me for my id then after I gave it to her she asked for a bill with my name andress ...very racist ...on top of that she wasn’t even wearing her name tag I had to ask someone else for her name stay away !
