So tired of FedEx pretending to attempt delivery when I have proof that they were never even here. Or even worse, today they dropped off one package but not the other. Marked the one as controlled access and that they couldnt deliver it. Huh?? I have an account with very clear delivery instructions. Also, you managed to get in the gate and deliver one box but not the other? It was probably because its a smaller box than the other one and they didnt want to search for it on their truck. Now I have to drive to the office to pick up my package.... again...
They lied about making a Delivery Attempt! My mum was sitting on the couch looking out my front window waiting for my box all day, when the LIAR said he knocked on my door!! It Never Happened! Since the package contained a work computer that I needed right away, I had to drive quite a ways to wait in a line to get the package b4 they closed. When I got HERE I was told they Didnt Have Any Idea Where My Package Was & it would take them No Less than 20 Minutes to Locate It, Possibly in a Bin of Random Undelivered Packages?! And it Did! My Time Is Money & this is Time I Had To Waste Doing FedExs Job for them! This Should Have Been DELIVERED TO ME because That is What My Company PAID FOR!!
Called the Fedex office at San Fernando, just sat on the phone waiting and listening to their music, which is not appealing at either. Real poor phone service or more accurately lack of service.I just terminated after 30 mins..Called back once I had more time and have now been tryi8ng to get hold of someone who get my parcel delivered (that was an expedited delivery) and the branch at San Fernando (LA) is not even answering their phones. Been trying for 2 hours. This is a bad branch with a poor employee attitude.
The Fed Ex Shipping Center on old San Fernando Rd. Was by far the most pleasant experience i have had in any store of any kind, in quite some time. They were so friendly and helpful, the rest of my day went great. THANK YOU!!!
If I can give this place negative stars I would. I dropped off a package on Thursday and since then I have been unable to track the package. Every time I go online it says there is an exception. I have not received any calls or alerts letting me know of this so called exception. I am now concerned my package is lost or never got processed. I have called the 800 number to try and get some answers and I got very generic responses and was transferred over 4 times each time having to explain myself from the beginning only to get the same response idk where the package is. Finally I decided to drive down to the location where I dropped off the package at and tried speaking with an older man who pretty much said theres nothing he can do. He didnt even bother asking for tracking information to look up the package and said to call customer service which I already have!! And got no where. As I was still trying to talk to him he walked away talking over his shoulder to me and disappeared into a back room. I assumed he was going to come back and I asked the other man there on the counter if he was coming back and all he said was thats it, call the number I asked if he could at least get me a number and he said its on the receipt. I tried letting him know I already called that number and he said theres nothing I can do. So now my $5,000 package just vanished and no one can help me?? These are completely unprofessional practices and they lack customer service skills. I work for a large corporation in the customer service department and deal with all sorts of situations every day and the way my concerns and questions are being handled is horrifying to say the least.
Twice I got the failed attempt note but I am home! I think they are trying to leave it in my mailbox but other delivery men leave the package at the front door. I got the first half of my order at 3pm but the 10 am one was unable to be delivered for unknown reason since I am available to receive the parcel.
LAZY DRIVERS IN ECHO PARK ON ECHO PARK AVE.Instead of making honest delivery attempts, the drivers hang back, skip deliveries and force customers to pick up packages at the San Fernando Rd. location. Hello to the Fed Ex kid who repeatedly refused to mask up in our apartment complex, got called out by property mgmt during the pandemic’s peak and now retaliates by skipping deliveries.FedEx will likely never go out of business, but it must be miserable for anyone who works there.
Fedex has the worst customer service in conjunction to AT&T I was told by AT&T to drop off their equipment at any FedEx location I came here to this location and a rude lady told me we don’t take those and I asked if they don’t then why did AT&T swore they did? I was told you have have contract with them. Then I literally had pull teeth to get her to give me an address I had gone to other FedEx same day and they told me the same thing that they don’t take AT&T equipment. FedEx just gave me the run around so after going to 3 different FedEx I decided to go to UPS instead and when I got there the front desk guys knew exactly what needed to be done they didn’t even question me took the equipment scanned it gave me a receipt and I was done less than 5 minutes while FedEx had fun BSing me and mind you their locations are far form my home. FedEx is horrible no wonder I never use them for my shipping needs. Overall worse customer service experience and AT&T bunch of liars.

Sometimes I wonder why I have a home address when none of the FedEx packages would make it to my doorstep. How do you explain someone getting through the door of the apartment complex and sticking a door tag saying I was not available. Well you got in, didnt you? In the mail area right? And you cannot walk 10 steps to drop it off or even leave it at the mail area? Customer not available? - is this some sort of joke?
They made no deliver attempt yet they said they tried. I have been sitting at home waiting for this package, and I have TWO independent camera systems with evidence that no one made any attempt. This is totally unacceptable for a package that is urgent and sent priority overnight.Now I have to go down to the station tonight to get this package and *HOPE* they have it there without any BS excuse that it is still sitting on a truck somewhere. If they dont have it, there will be hell to pay at that station tonight. Such an amazing waste of my time.
Had to ship my vintage amp overseas, due to time constraints I had to go through fedex. My amp was destroyed during the shipping, it had obviously been dropped several times even though it was full of fragile stickers. Not a word from fedex about the shipping, even though it looked like it was destroyed almost on purpose. If you ship documents, they might be ok, but if you are trying to ship anything of value do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else.Im truly disgusted by their service.

Love FedEx as a company but this location was the worst I’ve ever visited.I stopped to send a package and needed the label I created on my account at home printed.Off hand the woman who was helping me was annoyed I even asked to print the label. Hi, welcome to 2020 - we’re working during a pandemic and not everyone has a printer at home. I cannot imagine this is a new request and I know it’s not because I’ve been doing it since February at multiple locations around the city and it’s never been a problem. Not once.I ask if she can give me the company email address so I can email her the label. She reaches for a pen to write it but I ask her to just say it as there’s no need to waste a label to write 6 numbers. She begrudgingly starts to give it to me then messes up the numbers then just decides she needs to write it down instead.5 minutes later she says the email hasn’t come through. I check my sent and on my end it’s sent. 2 minutes after that she’s starting to get annoyed when I ask if there’s no other way to get this label e.g. can I use the computer and email myself? air drop? Pull up with tracking number? Account number?She replies no and that really she’s doing ME a favor by even attempting to print this label. This is where I finally am annoyed and ask her to please stop giving me attitude. I ask her if the email is right because when she was verbally giving me the email it was different than what she wrote down.Low and behold - this woman has given me the wrong email address (she added an extra 9) yet somehow this whole thing ended up being my fault. She corrected the paper and shoved it at me.Insanely rude and lack of self awareness. If you make a mistake own up to it! Apologize and move on. Instead this woman took the low road and decided to continue to be rude to me.You are NEVER doing a customer a “favor” when they are paying your salary.

Fedex has bad services system for signature package. Fedex text message to me one day before a signature package come, but when they are delivering the package i do not have any text or message from Fedex, i do not know when the deliveryman stand out of my big yard. tracking status gave me the time 8pm. they never follow that time. I can not sand outside to wait a deliveryman. he recorded i am not at home. actually i stay my home all the day, nobody ring my door bell. I have to go to this ship center pick up my package by myself .

Worst experience with this location. The driver attempted to deliver my package for three times and claimed he cannot get access to my home while I provided the gate code for him and intentionally left the gate open for him to deliver, and plus I was home the entire time! Called customer service and was told the manager from this location would get back to me but never. I still havent gotten my packages and they may be sent back to the shipper. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I am going to request for non-FedEx shipping from now on!
I do alot of shipping because of my store So when Im in LA and have something to ship I go there. TODAY I drove over 60 miles round trip to ship there. These guys know their business and taught me how how to pack and label my packages
The line was short and I got my package fairly quickly. My problem with FedEx is that they didnt try a second delivery. Why? I had to drive 10 miles to get a package that was supposed to be delivered to home.
Literally waited outside on the street as fedex truck drove by without stopping and then recieved a notification saying i was unavailable to recieve my package when no attempt was made. He didnt even park the truck! Called the 800 number and was promised a 2nd delivery attempt but that also didnt happen. Had to check my tracking to find out that they had already returned my package to the facility and now its my job to go get it?! Ridiculous! Hire someone that will actually do their job!!!

Tells me I can pick up my package at 8PM when store closes at 7:30pm.Makes sense...I called customer service and they said they are unable to just hold my package at the facility so I can pick it up before closing time the next day.I need just accept that they will attempt to deliver then tell me I can pick up after closing time because thats company policy.

This FedEx is one of the main hubs in Los Angeles on San Fernando road. They have plenty of free parking, a very nice and helpful staff, lots of FedEx mailing supplies but not Birthday cards and other items like some of the FedEx/Kinkos style facilities. I still gave them 5 stars though because if mailing is your top priority, they will get it done with a smile. See the video of the facility.

Absolutely horrible delivery service. I had a sign package to be delivered to me. But when I check online about the status, it said they had attempted to deliver the package. Of course, I was really puzzled about it, cause I was literally home waiting for FedEx to come to knock or ring the door. I called and complain but all I got was their lame lying excuse. The rep told me that they would call the driver to do a re-delivery. I really doubt she even did that. Just nowadays, there arent a lot of good truthful workers. Dont they know they will get caught lying.I really hope merchants could give their customers the option to choose who they want their package to be delivered by. I would pick USPS.

Customer Service inside is always nice but the delivering is not reliable. I have a package delivered every month and it seems that most months the delivery person decides not to do their job. I even place a note on the door saying, Im home, knock loud so they know I am there waiting to sign for the package. They dont knock, sometimes they dont even leave a tracking number. I have been late to work waiting for them to come then I call just to find out they claim they came by. I have even complained to management prior and nothing has seemed to help. Whoever is supposed to work for my area is not doing their job.
Word to the wise: even though they’re open till 730p, they stop accepting packages at 7pm, even if you just want to drop it off and have it shipped the next day. Doesn’t make any sense. But an extra star since they were very friendly in telling me about an absurd policy!

Their is a gentleman with glasses that works there,dont know hes name but hes a great guy as soon as I approach to the location he promptly salute me and asked how my day has been going :) which I loved it, unfortunately he didnt took care of me and another guy took care of my stuff, he wasnt friendly at all.I just didnt like hes attitude at all. Is not my problem if you having a bad day buddy just dont show it to costumers because thanks to me and people you have a job!

Was not crowded and the staff was friendly, helpful, and was unaware of certain FedEx regulations to properly ship my parcel. I had to educate them on the matter, they were accepting and proceeded with no problems. But what should have been a 10 min process ended up taking 45 mins.
Driver leaves door tag before even attempting to make delivery, provided him with code to door so there wont be any issues and he dishonestly wrote customer not home while I was home waiting all day, I Literally saw him drive off before I could make it downstairs and stop him, called fedex corporate and spoke with a manager who called the l.a. stations dispatch and promised he would make another attempt today, then they called me and said well, it looks like he wont be making it today as he comes to the warehouse at 6 PM. I took the day off work and waited all day, after the first dodged attempt I stared out the window waiting to make sure he doesnt do it again. Have to drive 10 miles in the rain now just to go pick it up. Karmas a ____ and I hope theyre 10 times as inconvenienced and frustrated as I was.
Better have your labels printed & affixed before coming here. Apparently, for an hq, they do not print labels. Does that make sense? LAME!!!

These people left the tag in front of the building s door. The intercom says to leave packages with the manager who is always there or manager can buzz them in and just leave it in front of my door. No, they took off. When I call, FedEx say that the guy came at 12pm on a week day. I mean...he s at work, why shouldnt t I be as well? Leave the package with the manager as written. This is crazy service. I need this package. Don t know when he s coming back and at what time.

First time I’ve ever encountered a shipping center that didn’t have tape (or staff was too lazy)! Currently driving around looking for a normal shipping center that will tape and ship my package. Unbelievable.
My boss e-mailed me a label to ship a phone to him, and at this location I was told that they cant print the label. I regularly forward labels to store addresses and they print the labels. Staff told me I had to go to a Staples to print the label, super inconvenient.

I have never had an even relatively decent experience with FedEx. The delivery drivers always leave a door tag on my mailbox and leave without even checking if Im home, even though I always wait for the packages. I recently ordered an iPhone 6, which I had to go pick up and it was crushed in delivery. I had to jump through hoops trying to resolve the issue. It got to a point where FedEx was playing hot potato with my issue by just directing me to different departments every time I called. Eventually Verizon stepped up to the plate and decided to send me a new phone which is unfortunately being delivered by FedEx. Lets see what games they decide to play with me this time. Never use FedEx. Any company is better than this.
Worst customer service. Had an agent by the name of Vanessa say she would give me ETA on package and never got a call. Second time we use these guys and the last. Package was delivered late and Im only 1.6 miles away.

In general, there should probably be more than 1 person manning the front.... I was waiting in line for at least 30 minutes before being helped and there was literally 1 person ahead of me.... And there was quite the line forming behind me...To the lady working the front, as someone who also works in a retail setting, your attitude was the absolute worst... I get that sometimes youre having a bad day or youve been helping some hellish customers, but youre not helping anyone by acting with an attitude thats the mixture of I dont want to be here and Im hoping to get fired, Customers are so exasperatingly dumb and defnitely not worth my time, and I hate my job and my life, so if Im miserable, you will be too.Also, I understand that it is a good idea to see if other people are picking up packages before heading to the back, but I really dont appreciate having you make me wait another 20-30 minutes when you only decided to check other customers when that one guy a couple people behind me was throwing a fit... You didnt do it when I first came in and you were helping that one lady picking up a package, so dont start changing your tune now.... I was fine waiting in line when you were helping customers one by one, but then you went and did that.....
This location is an absolute nightmare. I had a major issue with getting my package and was threatened that they would mail it to claims in Memphis, TN. One of the people I talked to was a lady and she was AWFUL. Yelling and talking over me on the phone, absolutely zero customer service skills since the moment she picked up the phone. Avoid this place at all costs. The only helpful person was Lewis. I had a lot of back and forth with them and instead of giving me their line they made me call through the 1-800 number every, single time. It was awful and I will never be using FedEx, ESPECIALLY this location again.
They are faster than any other FedEx I have been to. Even during rush hour. Call the 800 line to resolve any package issues because they are limited on what they can do at the store.
Ive never had problems when coming here to pick up packages. The staff is helpful and the location is open relatively late making it fairly easy to get your stuff.

I wish I could give 0 or negative. This place is the worst Fedex location. People who work here dont know anything about their job. Poor customer service. They work off of their own decisions vs Fedex. I think Fedex should fire all management here. I contacted on phone and they said come pickup your package. Upon arrival there, they said you cant pickup your package. After asking them to explain why I wasnt told in first place. They started coming up with unreasonable answers. Involved Fedex customer service advocate team who advised them to release package and they still proceeded with whatever they believed in. I am shocked how Fedex can have such poor skilled people working for them.
