Fantastic Fantastic Service! We went and saw Suzanne and she expertly helped us pick out paint colors for our walls, sent us home with lots of color samples to choose. Explained the best practices for picking a paint. She even helped us with our flooring. I would suggest making an appointment and having a few days of lead time. We just showed up and had to have a color picked by the next day. Would not recommend but Suzanne was able to help us regardless. PS we went with Sahara!

It was a little crowded had to pull a number and wait. I should of called ahead, I knew what I wanted too.Great service though. I guess the fact that they use numbers makes them guarantee their full attention to you until you get into your carThey bring your paint on a dolly right out to your car. I Recommend you call ahead.

Our boss had ordered the paint the night before and when we got there paint still not ready so thats why they got at 3

Usually pretty empty, so safer from covid risk. Also fewer customers mean more attention from the staff working there. Staff is always helpful and despite having to wait to have your paint mixed, you can wait in your car in the parking lot and they will bring it out when ready.

Service was fast and efficient. Im not a painter so Ive always relied on them to advise me as to what types of paints to use.Avoid early morning when the professional painters are there with their orders.

We always get the best service at this location with cashier Brijane! Shes very patient, has tons of ideas and has such a great personality. We repainted our whole house with Dunn-Edwards non voc paint Everest and its perfect! Will be back if needed, thanks Brijane.

The best thing about Dunn Edwards is that they open early. This allows me to get my paint before I have to deal with traffic.

Very disappointed in lack of communication and efficiency, ordered 1 gallon of paint with a color they had already made for me, called and payed over the phone and when my employee got there 1. He called me saying that they are telling him that the paint is not paid yet (funny because it’s alteady reflecting in my account) and reason I checked is because when they are in a “rush” they write your card info in a piece of paper and then “loose it”. He tries to clarify to the sales rep that the paint is paid for already (takes a couple of minutes then it gets resolved) 2. I made the order around 10:45 am- by 11:30 am my employee calls me again saying that the paint is not ready so I call the store to see what is going on- rep tells me they called me to verify the color which is 100% false because I’m very responsive on my phone. This is a waste of time for my employee (which I have to pay because he doesn’t have the fault for their inefficiency) and my customer is waiting and also loosing time because he needs to leave, now I look very unprofessional having my customer waiting for my personnel to return while the store is taking ages with my order. When I called them again so check status they said the paint is still not ready and it will take around 15 mins more- so basically this ONE GALLON OF PAINT TOOK AROUND 2 HRS a total cost of $110.00 (employee time and paint cost) and it’s the first time isn’t has happened.

Best paint store in LA these guys make other paint stores look horrible. They are fast and very helpful I’ve been going here over 13 years I am a professional painter and I will vouch for these guys products and customer service.

There was 7 store employees and 2 customers including my self at the store and i was waitting in line to pay for what i needed. One register open with7 emplyees standing around? Not a good business practice. I walked out and went to Sherwin Williams store.

Great service, very friendly. But, a lackluster choice of colors from their color wall (swatches). And theyre absolutely worthless if you want any custom color. Wont be going back.

Store is really bad they have a hand full of employees and only 1 is working the register. And the other 4 or 5 just walking around.

Management is doing the best they can with the staff here, but I cant say five stars as the wait just to pay, or sometimes being dismissed by employees when walking in.
