FIRST TIME MY SON WAS VISITING AND WE HAD BANANA SPLITS, THE GIRL WORKING THE DRIVE THUR WINDOW WAS VERY PLEASANT AND VERY HELPFUL. THE ICE CREAM WAS PERFECT FOR SUCH A HOT DAY! WE GO BACK TO TRY SOMETHING NEW! IT WAS YUMMY FOR THE TUMMY 😋

About six months ago I went through the drive thru and had a terrible experience with a girl working there. I swore I’d never go back. Yesterday I needed a cake for my daughters birthday and figured I’d give it another try. The place was incredibly busy. My husband and I went inside and walked straight to the wall of cakes. We were quickly helped by a young man who worked there. He was extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. He made sure we looked at every cake including pulling out cakes from behind other cakes. We chose the cutest cake, than I noticed another cake that had a little cone on it. I asked him if we could have one put on our cake, than he asked me what my daughters favorite flavor was. She was overjoyed when she saw that little rainbow sherbert cone. Thanks to the guy that helped us, you made us feel like we were the only thing that mattered. We will definitely be back.

The portion sizes at this location appeared quite small for the price. The wait was less then ideal.

They couldnt make a peanut butter banana milkshake but it was still good service and fairly quick for how busy it was.

4 people working.. no one acknowledged us... Yes, they had 1 at the window and 2 ladies that were being helped..so yes there were customers... But, someone could of said, hi, be right with you... I ordered a root beer float.. very warm. Root Beer was not cold, so the drink was not cold.Saw the sign something to, we could get a free ice cream if we arent asked, if we wanted to taste sample. We were not asked... I wont be back..

First time that Ive been to this Baskin Robbins and everybody was really nice and the only thing is is my favorite ice cream is baseball nut and they said they didnt have any that they recalled it or something. That was the only bummer cuz that is my favorite. Otherwise it was clean Im good

Great service, friendly employees. I had a good sized order (2 sundaes, 1 shake & 1 quart of hand packed ice cream) time consuming. The handled it quickly and efficiently. I would totally recommend this place and the drive thru.

This location also has a drive-through! And did you know you can add half a sliced banana to anything? Like, get your scoop in a cup and add banana - kind of a nice add-on. Never had to wait too long, either

Baskin Robbins in Los Banos is so nice. It isnt just the variety of flavors, but the entire staff are so full of smiles and energy, it makes a customer feel very appreciated.

One of the worst places in town..15 minutes at the drive-thru window for 2scoops in a waffle cone and 2warm cookie sandwiches with one having literally a spoon of ice cream and and the other all most melted and all with no cup or carrier..Smh..How hard is it to scoop ice cream in a cup or cone??.and I ordered 5 cars back..smh...No Worries...Ill Wait🤔🤔
