By far the worst customer service and sales team I have ever encountered I purchased a dining table and sofa set from them and they Delivered one of the sofás torn after it fell off the delivery truck and one of the drivers Tried to avoid it falling please Avoid this company at all means I will be opening a small claims court tomorrow as they have Refused to replace my Damaged sofa Which has warranty I have Multiple emails and phone records that I have tried to reach out with no response after calling Private today it’s been 9months the owner answered and Was very violent and aggressive towards me I am extremely bothered by this matter and I will be taking Legal action
