I called Unique Glass about 3 weeks ago. I needed to have some screenmeasurements done on an older home, which had no screens. I was told they would call me the following week, to schedule an appointment for someone to stop by and take measurements. I never received the message. If I need screens in the future I would consider giving them another opportunity.

We needed screens to be installed, called them one week and a week later they came out to install and also one glass double pane windows. I would say they were good.

My appointment was scheduled for between 9:00-12:00. I received a call from Unique Glass at 11:30 cancelling my appointment. I was told they were too busy and couldnt come for another week. There was no apology for wasting 3 hours of my time. This is not the way to treat your customers.

Unique Glass has great customer service and also very fast I ordered brand new screens for my house and it only took 3 days for them to be received and installed I highly recommend this company

Great place.I got my window, sunscreens, and a new shower door through them and couldn’t be happier.

Drop my samples off 3 weeks ago!told her what I wanted 3 pieces of cut glass small pieces!had to call back 4 different times,nobody called me back.finally I just went pick up my samples.the lady told me the same when I first talk to her that she was waiting for a quote!that was 3 weeks ago! When I walk in there was just people sitting around!never go back there!
