Great Honest Folks, who are helpful, even when the shop is full of demanding customers. I go out of my way to buy from them vs any of those big Box stores, that also sell guns in addition to Pro Bass fishing gear.I prefer to keep it local, and keep it small business, because small business supports Los Banos, and our community.

Frank the owner is very helpful and personable. I spent about an hour of his time along with his associates. I was looking for an specific item and they provided that item but then went above and beyond by asking why, and how i plan to use it. After many qualifying questions and suggestions, i actually changed my mind and feel more confident about my new pursuit. Now i just need to convince the wife, but the holidays are right around the corner, so maybe i will get a new stocking stuffer :)In any regard, i just wanted to take a moment and let the people reading this review, that this shop is A+ rated, and you will be very happy with your level of service.thanks again guys!

I purchased a firearm from these guys in February told it would take MAXIMUM 3 weeks to get the shop to run the paperwork, a month went bye so I gave them a call to see whats going on and they said it was sent and its in the mail (this was towards the end of March) and said theyll give me a call, never got a call so April comes along a wait a couple weeks for the call and nothing so I call back and they said the company they order from messed up and lost the shotgun that they will get one ASAP this was about April 20-25th.......may 25th I go in and ask for a refund its taking to long and they are not communicating with me on whats going on, they told me they can not offer a refund and they found the same kind of gun i purchased in Vegas, May 26th they text me stating they ran the background paperwork thatll have it in 10-15 days........30 days past I call back and they said doj is backed up......10 days after that I sent a text asking about the update.......they called me today and said I was out of line and they dont want to do business with me......I have all the proof in the world I have been a reasonable customer for the given situation....not once did I raise my voice not once did I say anything negative towards them or their company,for them to all of a sudden say they dont want my business, I was really shocked.

Staff was helpful. Finally settled on a weapon in my price range after being shown several that I couldn’t afford. Sold me the wrong magazine for my weapon as a spare. Good thing I found out on the range.Update: they exchanged the magazine and even threw in a box of ammo for my trouble. That is great customer service.
