First time! Been living near by finally began to work on my garage, the gentleman and young lady in the back desk was so helpful and walked me around the store and helped me with choosing the right stuff for my project! Thank you for your great customer service

I always had great customer service in their location located in Watsonville (we have a corporate account) but the girl working yesterday went above and beyond! We had just gotten into town after a 4 day wheeling trip in the Sierra national forest when or breakline went out! (Yes very scary) myself my fiance and our 2 year old were stuck in 104 degree heat! This girl they have working on 9/3/2017 was so kind not only did she concentrate on her job but invited us inside offered us water and an iced juice drink! She didnt mind my 2year old running around (he was very restless) offered us chairs and asked us if we needed anything! Seems like nothing but to a parent with a 2year old who was tired and hot it means the world! She needs a raise as Im sure she treats people like this daily! From a manager of a large store I would steal her in a heart best! Thank you for having her as an employee ! You have my customer vote!

I just have to say that good customer service is hard to come by this days however, when I called the store and went into the store Chris the store manager couldnt have been more helpful making sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed to make over our home - Thanks again Chris!
