Visited this store to transfer service (4 lines) from another operator to T-mo. The process was extremely smooth from beginning to end, even though I had a few curve balls on my end that the staff had to deal with (which they did patiently and professionally). Was so impressed by Phil on his knowledge and expertise on cell phones. Was super helpful and quick to set me up with new phones and monthly service plan all at an exceptionally good rate.I would recommend you stop at this place if shopping around for a new service plan and cell phones.
The staff at this store was very helpful trying to help me resolve a billing issue (havent been a Tmobile Customer for over a year). Tmobile Support has major issues in general but I wanted to post regarding the service I received in this particular store which was extremely helpful.
Still maintains the feel of a Mom n Pop store. Super knowledgeable and the owner is a true gentleman.

Dont go here. The guy does not care & has little to no knowledge of promotions.Just go to the oakridge location they know what they are doing. They knew what promo I was talking about right away.
There are no sample phones in this store unfortunately. The staff is nice to take care of sprint to tmobile carrier transition.
Very poor customer service. Employee didn’t get out of his chair when we entered the store and wasn’t willing to assist us. Drove to another location and got stellar service for the same request.
Did not receive good customer service at this Sprint/T-Mobile store in Los Gatos last night. Was given incorrect information and representative barely greeted us. Very disappointing- would not go back to this store ever!
Do yourself a favor, dont go in this store.45 minutes trying to transfer esim to new phone.First, neither of the two guys inside knew how to do that.Called TMobile support. Explained for 30 minutes (?!?!!?!?) whats the problem. TMoible support transferred the esim to my new phone .. asked me to try - didnt worked. At this point the guy that was talking with TMobile had to leave (?!?!) and the other guy started talking with the TMobile support .. trying to understand the problem (its not even a hard problem, isnt it) from the beginning ...I can not believe how unprepared everyone was. The two guys and the phone support. After 45 minutes, as I was already late and it was obvious those people are not familiar not with TMobile service, but even with how basic computers and phones work.Do yourself a favor, dont go in this store.
Today we stopped by at this store to ask about T-Vision and T-Mobile Home Internet. The store owner Mr. Charles Altawil was very attentive, very polite, helpful, and patient. Not only he explained everything in details, but he also helped us to place an order online, that we supposed to do ourselves. We left that store with the feeling that we have a new friend.

Extremely impressed with Phil, who drew the short straw & had to help my sister & me switch over from Verizon! It was extremely tedious and time-consuming for him, as I did not realize I would need several passwords (I thought he would be setting up the Tmobile account only, not doing the entire transfer from Verizon) pl;us my old phone was malfunctioning. He engaged in some seriously creative problem-solving, and his patience and kindness throughout the ordeal was amazing. He and his co-worker, Q, worked very well together--each had different problems with their customer accounts, but were able to help each other out. They both maintained their sense of humor, and made us laugh. Really grateful to Phil for his dogged persistence, and to both Phil & Q for making the experience as enjoyable as could be. Very grateful they were on duty when we came in. Very happy with the deal Phil got us, as well!
Been thinking about switching carriers for a while and a recent bill with international roaming finally pushed me over the edge. Came in and asked Charles all kinds of questions about the plans and coverage. He took the time to answer all my questions and I ended up switching over and getting three new phones. Looking forward to paying about half of what we’ve been paying in the past and no international roaming charges. Thanks Charles and crew for taking care of us!
If I could give cero stars, that’s the real review. Rude, Inefficient, they dont know how to process payments, the worst attitude, very unhelpful. Stay away from this location, its not worth your time and aggravation. One of the guys wanted my private password, the other wanted to reset my phone and erase everything from it because after payment, phone still didnt work! They couldnt even print a receipt! And they refused to call T-Mobile. The store was empty, yet 2 lazy and obtuse people refused to do the minimum. Stay away!
The gentlemen running the store at closing time were great to work with. They stayed open late to help port a phone over. They were funny and engaging and they made sure before I walked out the door that everything was working well. I highly recommend this store.
Charles helped us with a new iPhone AND suggested we should be getting the senior rate on our service package!! Terrific - saved us a lot of $$ on our plan and gave us GREAT service as well ... I highly recommend these folks.
Had an issue with my iPhone. This was the nearest T-Mobile to me from work. Went right in after work, the staff was very courteous. They were able to address the issue quick and fix the problem. Thank you for your help!

If I could give this place zero stars i would. I went in to have my tempered glass screen replaced and the man who was the owner of that store gave me the WORST CUSTER SERVICE!!! The free unlimited placement of the glass is clearly on my phone plan and he refused to replace it. First he told me I had to pay off my balance and I told him thats not true Ive already had this glass replaced several times and Ive never been told that. So I called the Tmobile customer care number and spoke with a representative and she confirmed that my balance did not need to be paid to receive service. He then tells the rep that he needs my receipt to verify where I had purchased it. She told him I did and that he can pull up the receipt on my plan. He then proceeds to argue with the rep about him being charged for changing the glasses in the past and there is a limit for each customer. Again she verified that I had unlimited service and my glass should be changed. He still refused to do so!! Im in shock at this point that he is simply outright going against the customer service representative. I am a long time Tmobile customer and have never experienced such poor service. That owner is upholding Tmobiles plans and policies he should not be a part of Tmobiles business! All I wanted was my glass changed smh
I was there...I should waited to see people I know better..Not to friendly not costumer service oriented. I felt that they didnt want to do anything not even move ..everything I asked they didnt know or it wasnt there !! I left and I call the one in oak oakridge and what a difference ! Maybe they were new ?!
