Highly recommended. Communication was professional, consistent and straight-forward. Aaron went above and beyond in helping me get my car repaired and back on the road. The work was of the highest quality and everything was done in a reasonable amount of time.

It wasn’t good. I had a 10am appointment for 2 recalls that I was told would take 2 hours. Tried all afternoon to reach them with no return call. At 5:30 I talked to Cassandra who was extremely helpful but informed me that nothing had been done but she would try. She gave me a free oil change but wasn’t able to do recalls. I will take my business elsewhere

We came in and were taken care of quickly and everything was explained to us and the serviceman answered our questions. We love Melloy dealership in Los Lunas they are so professional and friendly.

For the most part it was a good experience. The actual service department and parts people were awesome, helpful and explained what I needed, however, whomever they have answering phones was not helpful and not pleasant-just kept transferring me to voice mails which just escalated my anxiety to an already stressful situation.

Came here for an oil change, have normally gone to reliable Chevrolet but moved out in this area. Was dissapointed in the level of service, had a long wait for an oil change, 1 hour and 40 minutes. They tried to get me to replace my air filters, inside and outside without showing them to me, once they did show me them, at my request, the inside air filter did not need to be replaced. Almost seemed like I was waiting so the salesmen could come by and see if was wanting a new car and to trade mine in.Just a disappointing first visit and I think I will be taking my car elsewhere for its service in the future.

Dont really know what else they could do to make it a better experience. Excellent service!

Good people here in service Dept and sales. We had electric short issue with or 20 yr old van during a 3000 mi road trip and these guys got us into their shop, fixed and got us back on the road with no problem.

Got my car back today from the body shop at Melloy Los Lunas and it looks fabulous! The paint match is perfect and you cant see any trace of the damage. This body shop is definitely NOT your typical dealership body shop. Brett Henry does meticulous work and its obvious he takes great pride in the results. His years of experience, knowledge, and expertise are definitely on display. I highly recommend Brett Henry and the body shop at Melloy Los Lunas to anyone who needs body and/or paint work, regardless of the size of the job. You wont be disappointed!

The oil change was well priced, the wait was acceptable but, I have to question the integrity of your service department. I explained to the person receiving my truck that I had a slow leak in the front tire I was told he would look into it. After the service was completed I was told they could not find a leak and that the tires had been rotated.Fast forward to today slow leak continued for a few days a I took my truck to discount tire Co. And they were able to locate a rather large screw in the same tire. Tires were never rotated, leak was never looked into. I question if my service was done properly and because of that I will be taking my truck to a different dealership this week to ensure the service is done properly and will never return to malloy.We have bought vehicles and had service done there in the past but the past few dealings with this company have been marked with lies, misgivings and aggressive tactics. I no longer trust this auto group and will be sure to tell anyone that listens

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!My husbands Chevy Cruze broke down on July 5th while he was driving down to Texas for the military & it was towed to this dealership. It has now been over 10 weeks and we still do not have our car back.When they got into the car and found out was wrong, we paid in full to get it done. They said it would 7 to 14 business days to get the parts in and would take about a week or two to fix the car. Ever since, they told us we owe them a lot more money than what they originally quoted us. They have continuously lied to us about when the vehicle will be done & they keep changing their story about why its taking so long. They keep finding other parts that need to be replaced & they wont return our calls. I am 12 hours away and my husband is 3 hours away. They are taking advantage of our situation. If we would have known is was going to take this long, cost this much money & cause this much stress.. we would have taken it somewhere else. This is not right and this is not how you treat customers.

Left after getting an oil change and tire rotation. They didnt balance as I left and the vibration from my tires was out of control. Had to go to Discount tire the next say to get them balanced.

This was my first experience with Melloy Chevrolet and I have to say, it was the best! My salesperson Jackson (thats his first name) was not pushy nor did he rush me. He asked what I was looking for and helped me all the way through. I highly recommend him for your next purchase!The finance department was amazing too, they didnt BS me, asked me what I was will to pay (within reason of course) and they made it happen. It took a long time, but thier diligence paid off and I drove off with my vehicle.

Well, I bought my 2500 Durmax in May, at the time, they dealership only had one FOB. They informed me they would order me another one and let me know when it got there. About three weeks later I noticed that the right washer fluid was not working well. I made an appointment but had to cancel because I was so busy. Fast forward to Monday, my truck needed an oil change and tires rotated. I added on the windshield washer problem. The guy I initially spoke with there, made it sound like it was a problem and tedious process, didn’t know if they had time and so forth. Anyhow, they found “gel” occluding the line and stated I would have toPay for parts and labor. I informed them this was a new truck and I had only put in washer fluid this morning to ensure that it wasn’t a low level that was causing the problem. Tim stated he would talk to the sales department to see what they could do since it was a mew vehicle. Sales stated since they were helping me with a FOB that they have already helped, when in fact I have been waiting for that since May. Unfortunately, I thought that was already a part of purchase of a new vehicle don’t they generally come with two? And was already almost three months late getting it to me?I have always loved Chevy trucks. And have purchased fromamigo Chevrolet in Gallup NM. My gosh, I have to say their service department, runs circles around this service department. They would always tell me that they would figure out the problem and let me know immediately what the problem was and when I added on something, it was always graciously added without making me feel like it was a hassle. Melloy here, I had to call for updates and just felt like I was inconveniencing them with the problems I had with the truck and the 2nd FOB.

Way more organized then dodge, they even serviced my Ram.

Julian Madrid was the youngest salesman that I have worked with, but he was also the best I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought and also another vehicle he showed me. I would recommend him to all my friends and family to go down there to look at vehicles. Very warming and easy going! Nice place.I will like to update, I purchased a used 2019 Chevrolet Diesel Truck (Beautiful BTW) after picking up the vehicle found several things, there was NO key for the locking lug nuts on the wheels, I had to bring the truck back and leave for a couple of days to fix it. I should have walked around the vehicle because 5 miles down the road I found a nail in the sidewall of the tire that cost me $240 for a new tire. (This led to finding out the missing lug nut key) Only recieved 1 set of keys. With probably no resolve except buy that too. The truck wasnt cleaned real well, just ran through a car wash and shiny black on tires, the inside had black stains on handles with spray drips on seats. I hate to leave this but when buying a used vehicle, be sure to look for these things and if they arent there, put down on the We Owe. Sorry but this left a bad taste after dropping a lot of money on this truck, doing everything they asked, it seems like all we get are excuses, when everything is in place to protect the dealerships. We as consumers have to learn the hard way. Be safe out there.

We were treated professionally and courteously! They went out of their way to get us back on the road and home! Great job by the entire service staff!

I cant speak for Melloys sales staff, but Tim in the service department was more than helpful. Truck had engine problems covered under warranty and were handled with no issues. We had a hiccup upon receiving our truck and that was also quickly handled by Tim.

Total SCAM. Went in to claim prize and was told the numbers had to match their in store numbers. I called in advance to check if anything else was needed or if I had to do anything else to get the prize and wasnt told about this. If you cant trust them on a advertisment they sent you I wouldnt trust them to do business with.

I have to say that initially I did not think I would ever do business with this company considering how poorly I was treated during my first visit. What started as a negotiation quickly turned into a shouting match and I left shaking my head. Quan called me and he did a fantastic job of working past the initial issues and working with me to get a deal done. Call Quan if you want to be treated the right way.

They plugged my ecm in wrong after a repair they completed and said I need sensors oil and oil level sensors I knew they did something wrong replaced the recommended sensor s the said they had tested took the truck back after sensors replaced didn’t correct the problem and the finally figured out the ecm minute was plugged wrong and blamed me for the issue it’s bs

I bought a truck and it turned out to be malfunctioning. They reset it 3 times but couldnt figure out the problem. I lost alot of money because of this. I ended up buying an ecodiesel from melloy dodge.

Julian Madrid was my sales/ purchase contact. He was great in working with me on my questions and showing me all my new features, which was great as from my 2018 to the 2021 so much has up-teched. When Julian was done I was very comfortable with my purchase. The sales manager and the finance were awesome to work with as I already had reviewed the inventory from the GM site and knew right down to the vin number which one I wanted. I came from Texas for the 2021 I wanted with no grey numbers thrown at me. That meant honest, top quality customer service from all three positions I dealt with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

A 1.5 hour wait for a oil change with an appointment is in acceptable spoke with the manager Dennis before going in and told him that I could not afford to wait that long was told by him it would be 45 min to do the oil change but it still took them 1 hr 25 min if you have the time to wait then go ahead but other oil change companies will get you in and out way faster

Checked in 20 minutes early. Got car 4 1/2 hrs later...kinda think someone fell asleep on the clock.

Horrible feeling of buyers remorse. The salesmen that worked with us would not listen to me when I went from a used car to wanting a new car. When we arrived the vehicle was filthy. We were bullied into our purchase. I should of said no and walked away. They half detailed the truck,lost the floor mats. Never felt treated differently for being a woman than at this dealership. I will never go back.

Nope, even after telling them I am not the person they were looking for (cosigner) they still text me saying somethimg about a conversation i/we hadabout trading in for truck. That never happened. I used to go to Reliable Chevrolet but after the not so great experiences Ive had with them I decided to just purchase my vehicles here and only do my service here as well. I bought my last to Chevy Malibus from here and will bring them here for service. I live in Albuquerque but dont mind the drive to Los Lunas because I know its worth the drive and I am happy with the overall customer service.
