Ive been shopping at this location for nearly three years. They were my favorite dispensary, until recently. In the past few weeks, the wait times have been ridiculous. I ordered online, but that order was never filled. The quality of their products has declined significantly. The last flower I bought had more stems than buds on some of the pieces! To say Im dissatisfied is an understatement.

The easily have the best edibles in town because they are homemade and delicious I would buy them if they were not medicated thats how good they are. best New York style cheesecake Ive had in awhile and thats from any store. nice workers never dealt with anyone rude there and good options.

Two months ago, my review would not have been very positive. My personal medication preference is Minerva, I value their products to be the best quality but the Los Lunas location had a lot of short comings… that was until someone got the bright idea to promote Gigi to manger🙌🏻Seriously- huge improvement! This store now has the best customer service, compassion, & product knowledge! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Last time I was there, after making a purchase, I was illegally stopped by the police claiming to received a call on the drunk driver hotline that I was driving drunk. I hadnt started the engine and he was parked across the street watching and waiting. No sobriety test. He wanted to know why I was there, why I have my med canibis card, what kind of and where my pain is, and if I had used my medicine today or in the truck. He even asked my friend. An employee was in the parking lot watching everything. She even spoke to to officer. They tested my truck for drug residue and didnt find any. So they towed my truck for VIN inspection under suspicion it may be stolen. I dont know if the Minerva employee called them on me or if they were pulling a sting on the dispensary. I got my truck back like I knew I would. I hadnt done anything wrong. My truck is legal as am I. It was an illegal stop, it was unnecessary and emotionally tramatic . I dont think Ill be going back there for my medicine.

Unbelievable . I waited over 10 minutes for a girl to Is Weigh out an 8th And waited over 15 minutes for one customer ahead of me. I will never shop at this dispensary again . Every worker in this establishment should be fired.

I have found myself purchasing things that I cant grow to help get me through surgeries. It is so nice to have options in Valencia without driving to ABQ. Neither the store nor the staff is perfect, but the do try to do their job and I appreciate their efforts.

Playing rave music is a bit obnoxious when people with pain are going in there to get medicine. Every time I go theyre always out of what Im looking for.

Why have a rewards program if all you are going to do is make it difficult to get points?When a business like Minerva has a rewards program and then has a process that changes every time you come in, ie sometimes you’re outside, waited on by 3 budtenders, sometimes you have one person inside.When you pay $400-$600 a month for medicine you expect to ACTUALLY be appreciated and not just have a program in place that pays lip service.If you actually value your clients, why make the rewards redemption cumbersome?

Best edibles around for sure. Not the best flower, and they no longer give veterans discount, for flower. That blows!

Wonderful tenders and decent selection. Parking lot is small and main road can be hard to get back on due to heavy traffic, but the people are very nice, prices extremely fair with a good product.

I called the Los Lunas store to find out how many units I had available. The woman who answered the phone told me she would not give me that information over the phone but I could drive down there to find out. I then called the Gibson store and a nice man there let me know how many units I have. The dispensaries are the only place that has this information. Every dispensary I have ever called has given me this information. I reached out the company via email to discuss this but no one ever reached out to me. Customer service doesnt seem to be a priority for them.

Expected more on 1st visit. They mentioned a tour, learn what they have etc - never happened. Kept letting more customers in so with covid safety I felt completely ignored.

Prices are high but so are the employees... Not at work but they smoke so advice and recommended items are great.

Good service in person and have selections and suggestions when you ask what youre looking for, decent prices too, but when i emailed about a specific product being in stock because it was out of stock. I initially got a response saying theyd get the email or message to the right person and would get back to me, but never did.

Normally I would give this place a four to five star rating but they sold me a cartridge for CBD and didn’t say it was and compared it to a THC Bloom cartridge saying it was the “cheaper choice”. Very disappointing.

Wow. This place used to be among my favorite. It has REALLY gone downhill. They have 2 or 3 strains instead of 15, and the potency is also way down. Their prices went up. They only let a few people in at a time and you have to stand 2 feet away from the counter. The staff is friendly. I will give them that. And they still have the best edible selection around. I wouldnt go there for any other reason. Its a shame.

Horrible customer service. Kids that are running the place when I went were rude. Kids acting like kids instead of I a professional manner. I would recommend Ultra Health. Way better service and You can see your product first. You cant see any product or smell any product at Minerva.

I absolutely love this place everyone is so friendly and everything is amazing quality. Staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to what strains will be better for your condition as well as compassionate to what your condition is which is more important to me then the medication selection. I would love to name names of certain staff members who are outstanding in customer service but i want them all to feel equally appreciated from me because they are all AWESOME!!!!

I only go to minerva once in awhile....definitely not my favorite dispensary....especially after a certain visit....my cousin and I both had went and they have it where u go to the side window now being with all this covid19 happening. Well I told my cousin go ahead go first idk if im going to get anything....the guy at the window was beyond rude!!! he says u need to see your cards his attitude was just so horrible I couldnt believe it. We both already had are cards in are hands so I even said wow....we handed him are cards and stuff he says well we only have 2 choices of pre rolls... that was it period nothing else at all and yes this was before 420! .wow all that attitude and no variety of any kind I was very disappointed. never have i been to Any dispensaries where ther is a rude employee. Havent gone back since and prob wont ever go again!!!

Comfortable atmosphere, convenient location and amazing people! Theyve helped me find the right medicines for me right off the bat. The 50/50 tincture is my favorite, their vapes have the perfect potency and terpine blend. I dont smoke flower anymore, but the buds Ive seen there are beautiful. The bakery selection is amazing, you can barely taste the cannabis in the lemon bars. Highly recommend for anyone, but especially those new to medical marijuana.

Ive been to all the dispensaries in Abq & Los Lunas and this is my favorite. The bud tenders are helpful and friendly, obviously good management. The prices,quality, and selection of medicine is great. If they are out of something I want they usually have a good alternative.

I used to love this place but all the good staff has left and the current staff is utterly horrible and useless. They ignore you, offer no assistance, and are just a bunch of useless stoners. Ill drive to Alburquerque despite living in the same town as this one just to have someone at least smile at me or not ignore me when Im the only customer in the room and theres 3 snotty staff right in the same room who are more interested in being stoned and looking like jerks and playing grabass with one another than even ringing you up.

Selection of flower, oil, and wax are nice. Always a good variety of sativas and indicas. The staff is great, friendly, and informative. The only downside is our traffic and the location of the dispensary.

Ok this is a great place for choices! I have noticed the flower not to be very compact very stringy and the names never, almost never taste like the ones that I have had from a A+ dispensary San Juan strains in Colorado . But if I’m in need of meds and don’t want to drive to abq then I might settle on some here . Great staff very Knowledgeable .

This group has some avid followers and I know why. Their flower is good and their staff is friendly. They have great eatables and concentrates, too. I check in from time to time to check out their product. One of the only dispensaries to carry the strain Durbin Poison, an original Sativa -- great for pain. Sadly their supply was limited & they havent brought it back. Ill keep a watchful eye out for it.

The people are great iv gotten some really good bud frome them you just have to be fast cuz the good stuff gos fast and there moon rocks are out of this world but only for veteran smokers even if you cant afford the top shelf there harvest blend is great fpr when you are on a budget and can end up with some top shelf product and i never doubt what they say the percentage is what u can expect to get we are lucky to habe this please in los lunas

Similar to all the other Minerva locations but this one probably gets the award for most medicine packed in a small building, same great selection as other Minervas but in half the space, great bud tenders that know thier stuff and give you straight forward honest answers and opinions, thank you for continuing to be awesome noatter where you are.
