So upset with this place and the owner. I went in because a friend recommended it, she said they had cute stuff. I decided to try it, I bought a pair of curtains and a rod to go with it, thinking if I liked it I would go back and buy more matching curtains and rods for my whole house. The curtains I picked were originally $30 but where “on sale” for $20. I got home and realized he had overcharged me $10. He never gave me the “discount” on the curtains. Ten dollars is ten dollars but I’m not a petty person I didn’t think much of it. When we put the curtains up we realized that the rod did not fit, I would not be able to put up those rods next to each other, then I realized the fabric of the curtains was dry and the color looked different than the ones he showed me. I tried returning the merchandise and he refused to do so. He was extremely rude about it. He said he would be unable to re-sell the merchandise, which I understand but as a business owner he should be well aware of the losses he needs to take in order to keep his customers happy and provide good customer service. Also he needs to make sure that his customers are aware that he is not willing to exchange or return any merchandise. It is unfair for him not to do so. I asked if I could atleast exchange for something else and he refused. So I completely wasted $40. Needless to say I will never return to this place.
