Eric, thank you for taking the time to help me. I was in Abq at Furniture Row/Denver Matress looking for a bed frame and matress. When they didnt have anything in stock and 6 weeks out it was not feasible. I asked the clerk at Denver Matress to see if they had platform beds for their matresses since there were no beds in stock. He looked and me and made me feel incompetent. After this experience, I called Eric at Matress firm in Los Lunas he confirmed they do sell the platform bed frames but made sure they were in stock. He got the order in for me immediately and made the process so easy!!!! He provided amazing service. :)

He was very knowledgeable about the different choices and encouraged me to try each one. He gave me all the time I needed to decide, he was very patient!I slept for the first time last night on my new Tempurpedic and I had the best sleep I have had in a long time! I have arthritis and it felt great! I slept like a baby! I was referred by my brother to go to Mattress Firm in Los Lunas. I had an easy shopping experience looking for a mattress. My salesman’s name is Eric, who also sold my brother his mattress. He goes above & beyond to get you the right mattress at the right price. This will now be my second mattress that I have purchased from this store. I travel from Lemitar, NM which is about 40 minutes south of Los Lunas, & really appreciate the great hospitality from Eric. The location of this store makes it convenient for me to travel a shorter distance & avoid heavy traffic in Albuquerque. Very rude not helpful dont come here tell you to buy this bed and that bed when you buy it its yours to keep never to return if something is wrong with it will never ever shop at this location and that sucks cause I live in Lunas if you can shop a different company weve bought beds pillows toppers the hole works from this company and to be treated like that na thats not how it works you lost a good customer we will be taking ours somewhere else hope this place closes down

I CAME TO PURCHASE A MATTRESS THE MAN WORKING SAID HIS NAME WAS CLINT WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN HE WAS SMOKING OUT OF SOME VAPOR PEN LOOKING THING AND IT SMELLED LIKE WEED!! HE COULD BARLEY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS BECAUSE HE WAS SO STONED I TOLD HIM I WANTED A BED FOR ME AND MY MOTHER BUT WAS UNDER A STRICT BUDGET HE DID NOT LISTEN AND WAS SHOWING ME BEDS THAT WHERE WAY OVER MY BUDGET!! I ENDED UP DRIVING TO ALBUQUERQUE AND BUYING FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
