When you come in here theres a sign on fence that tells you to call a number. You can if you want. If youre a dry van pull through the gate and look to your left, dock doors are there. Swing right and back in. If youre a flatbed, go through gate to the stop sign and take a right. Park beside tan building and walk to the brown door on the Northside of tan building. Friendly and quick.

HR is extremely rude, intentionally insulting and very unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this before. Openly chastising applicant backgrounds and hanging up on people after phone screens is completely unnecessary. I also spoke to another applicant who had a similar experience. Reynolds, why are you screening candidates that you have no intention of hiring? I might not be your candidate of choice but please know that my time is still valuable.

Anita Stringer the HR recruiter is very rude and very unprofessional. Took a mth too get a email back. Then was informed she wasnt happy with my work history. My 2 years of work was just simply not good enough for her. I tried thanking her for the opportunity and I was hung up on. Such a nasty lady. You would think the resume would of been looked at before offering the job position and sending out the schedule.

This company plays games with people and lies. They offered me a job here then changed their mind because to verify my last job I only had 3 past years of my old W2 to show. They wanted all the way back to 2015. I dont keep stuff that long. So after I quit my other job they were like sorry we changed our mind since you cant get that

Pros: mandatory7 day straight workweek (alternative work week 7 on 4 off, 7 on 2 off, 7 on 1 off, repeat) guaranteed days off, union, medical and dental insurance benefits from day one; can bid on higher paying bids (jobs), Seniority based, forced over time, cant be forced to work more than 12 hrs straight, union contract (representation/backing/voice/aides with employee relations), etc.cons: forced overtime, 8 points attendance system, long probationary period, lack of climate control in various jobs within factory (elements of heat, cold, humidity), only one week of vacation after a year of service, no emergency personal days, lack of compassion in various humane scenarios of life, etc.Good balance of pros and cons.Great place to work. Way better than right to work companies. Great people, experience, and knowledge of operations.
