I have bought furniture at Amish Hills. The furniture is excellent quality sales staff delivery persons were readily available to answer questions or assist. I would present day first visit Amish Hills if making purchases of items that I know they carry.

My house is full of Amish Hills furniture, bought it about 5 years ago: Two bedroom sets, kitchen table and chairs, coffee table, some smaller tables with drawers, and two rocking chairs. It is beautiful stuff!! Cheers me up just to look at it!! You get what you want: (1) you pick the style, (2) the wood, and (3) the finish. And they use an excellent delivery service that sets it up without a scratch.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had been shopping around for a new kitchen/dining set. We looked at several places and were very impressed with the quality at Amish Hills. We spent the end of October and beginning of November working on our order with Stephanie. She was very helpful in making the $7,000 sale and chatting about finishes. We completed our paperwork on November 10, 2018 and were told it would take 3-4 months.Our table and chairs were delivered on June 15, 2019. That’s right 7 months later!! Besides waiting over half a year their customer service was awful! In the 10 different occasions we called and spoke to someone, we never heard from Stephanie. She NEVER responded to our messages but had someone else do her dirty work. We were also given the run around on several occasions; “We can’t get the builder to return our calls.”, “It should be in next week.”, “It’s at the finisher shop.”. You name it, we heard it!The worst part was dealing with the overgrown teenager that decided to tell us and I quote, “I don’t like having these conversations.” This was in reference to our displeasure about getting the run around and our 8 chairs not being distressed which is what we had ordered. I suggest she finds a different line of work because when you work in customer service that is just part of the job!We had planned on buying a hutch and a couple more chairs to complete our set but will definitely be going elsewhere. I do need to mention that they did refund the $95 delivery fee (1% of the sale), such a joke!

We had an entire bedroom set made one piece at a time as we could afford. The quality is unsurpassed and this is furniture that will be passed on for generations. Its beautiful and durable. It may seem pricey, compared to furniture stores offering sets for under $1000, but you have to realize the longevity this furniture has over that furniture. You will have the Amish built furniture for generations; The cheaper sets will only last you about 3-5 years at best.

Beautifully crafted furniture featuring solid wood and presented in a store where they make you feel like a family friend. Most pieces are made to order -- by hand! But its worth the wait to get something that will last for years.

Amish furniture’s quality is good. However, Amish management ( Louisville, KY) needs appropriate training, and they need to know how to deal with the diversified customer. They need appropriate management skills to sustain customer satisfaction.I was very unhappy with their behavior. They are very proud of their product and quality however their sales team is not well trained /professional at all!I spent more than $35,000.00 for the furniture in their store however they were very mean to me. They could not earn trustworthy and loyalty from me due to their behavioral issues. They Misbehaved with me as I am a diversified customer. This is offensive ! They need to know how to treat well customer equally :)
