Bo and the service team did a great job bringing my Honda 750 Shadow back to better than new. I brought it in due to not riding for a while and it was running rough. When I picked my bike up it was a beautiful day for a ride so I rode from downtown Louisville out to my house in LaGrange. The bike out performed my expectations by a mile. I highly recommend the service department for all your needs.

Wow, these people are heros! We got a flat tire on our Gold Wing on a Friday afternoon on our way to Wisconsin from Tennessee. This wasnt my first rodeo at this, so, the first thing that I did was to find a shop who had a tire that fits and could change it that day. A LOT of Honda dealers wont work on a 2006, but this one would, had a tire and promised to change it for us. Next, I got a tow (haha, tow a motorcycle? No, I got a flatbed!) and as soon as we got the bike unloaded, they began working on it. He asked me for our tire preference but he didnt have it. I told him that as long as it isnt flat on one side, any tire will work. As promised, they had a tire that fit and within a half hour, I was standing at the counter paying our bill. I cant thank Beau and the team enough for rescuing us and getting us back on the road!

If you want honest people, straight forwardness, fair pricing, and just down to earth good friendly folks, this is the place to go. They will treat you right, the way it should be. They wont make you feel just like another sale. With their fair pricing, there is no need to haggle or go anywhere else! We would give them 10*s if we could. Dean and Heath were exceptionally nice and very helpful guys. All employees there were friendly, even the mail lady! We drove up from Knoxville, TN to pick up our camper that Dean gladly kept in the warehouse till we were able to get up there. The month prior Dean kept in contact with us, answered our questions, and seemed as excited as we were. Everything went smoothly with paperwork, Heath was fantastic showing us every nook and cranny, and answering some of my dumb questions (without rolling his eyes). At no time ever did we feel pressured or rushed. They made us feel like we were the only people there, even though Dean and Heath were multi-tasking with other customers too. The folks here DEFINATYLY went above and beyond the norm! And from the other reviews I read...I can see that this is their normal! Guys...this was well worth the short trip up to meet yall. And Dean, (shaking my head & lmao) Im still with your brother, and hope my sister is treating you well! Take care, be safe, and keep up the good work, you all show that you enjoy your jobs!

I drove from new Hampshire all the way to Kentucky to buy my Falcon F-lite 19BH. It was worth the trip .We talked extensively on the phone prior to me going down and I worked out my loan financing through USAA. I had already picked out the trailer online, the reason I drove down is due to the fact that the cost couldnt be beat irregardless of the distance.It was great to finally get down there, the trailer was set up exactly as they had stated. They helped me get my Subaru wired into the trailer and gave me an extensive 2 hour class on the trailer itself.The paperwork was easy to do as we had gotten almost everything done over the phone.The trailer has been everything I wanted and its worked out perfectly; my 1st stop was CedarPoint RV campground, Its 14000 miles since then....Much thanks the Trailer is perfect

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable here. They had to order my bike from the warehouse sine they didnt have the ABS version and it took almost two weeks to arrive but Im a very patient person. When I went to pick it up they were just as excited as I was and they even gave me a complementary pair of gloves! I definitely recommend anyone to Station Park Honda!

Ive bought two bikes from this business and both times Ive been very happy with the price and the service. Just recently, I had a problem with the idle on my CTX1300 and they took it in, fixed it and did it quicker than what they promised me. The price was very resonable and Jason the mechanic advised me of what the problem was. If I ever have to buy another bike, I will of course consider Station Park as one of the first places to go. I recommend this business to all cyclists!

Horrible service. Horrible salesmanship. I was told they wanted my brand new bike, and then when I brought it down, was told, Sorry. We arent buying. Yet I was told to bring it down. We want that bike. Its our most popular sale bike. The service department did a full check over and said its a brand new CBR 1000 RR with 300 miles on it. I drove an hour there and an hour back for the worlds worst service ever. I will be going through Harley Davidson from now on. I suggest you all do the same.
