Great experience. Working with Kaylee was perfect. The experience from walking in randomly, checking out a few, deciding one one, and purchasing was as good one could want it to be. The dealership was well stocked and laid out. All the amenities you’d expect in this class of car. And Porsche was on the same campus so a good place to kill some time when the process took a minute. We’ll shop with Kaylee and Land Rover Louisville again!
Worst experience ever. Valuables stolen from car, fees were upcharged after a price was quoted over the phone. I was told, thats just the way things are done these days. Phone calls are not returned. When you ask for the service department the operator, who you can hardly understand due to her running all her words together, automatically tells you Eric is on the phone. Then no call back when you leave a message. The whole time I was there in person, Eric was not on the phone. I must have come in ddurring the slowest time of the day.I suggest staying away from this dealership even if you have to drive an hour to get to a different one, as I will have to.
Dont leave anything of value in your car when you take it in for service at this dealership. Prescription pills, and money turned up missing.Since when do you charge an environmental fee to program a key fob?? That fee is for oil changes or tire disposal, in my opinion.I suggest you go to another dealer. Stay away from this one even if it is the only dealer in this town.The new normal I was told.Ill sell this car before I ever take it back to this dealer.
Car shopping is certainly not up there among my top favorite things to do, but Dylan at Land Rover Louisville made it easy. I pretty much did everything over the phone, and he had it washed, sitting pretty in the showroom for me when I arrived. I will make this THE PLACE to buy all my vehicles from now on. Oh, and I love my new Range Rover :)
Land Rover Louisville has taken excellent care of us for many years now. Tyler Stone has gone above and beyond to help us with car purchases and service.
I have some concerns which I want to share regarding my car service. They are not even picking up calls. Car service at Land rover Louisville is worst and the people working at service department are not even picking up call. Very unwelcome staff giving hard time to customer. I did not see any other Land Rover from other cities giving this hard time. There is no Zero rating or else I would go with zero rating.
My wife and I were strongly considering buying a new Land Rover Defender. We built one on the website and were told that it would take 4 months to build. Then we got a call saying they had a new one that just arrived at the dealership and it fit most of what we were looking for. My wife paid a $1000 (fully refundable) deposit to hold the car... We then read some shocking reviews on the reliability of these vehicles (or lack thereof) and decided to get a Lexus instead. When we asked for our deposit money back we were told that it had been too long and they were not able to refund our money. After demanding they return it, they finally did. I recommend shopping at a different dealership. We didnt get any strong-arm sales tactics at Lexus in Nashville.

UPDATE** THEY ARE REPAIRING ISSUE, REFUNDING TOW, AND ALSO PROVIDED A RENTAL. My husband authorized $1100 worth of additional charges.**60k mile warranty also includes: brake line being nicked by the tire because technicians are hurried and charged for services you did not authorize or request. Dont forget a few wires hanging underneath the vehicle. Thatll be $5,300! I didnt ask them to touch my brakes, rotate my tires, or balance them.. they are NEW TIRES! When you call them to provide a tow service because you have no brakes and you cannot drive your vehicle, they cannot and will not. What repair shop that makes that much money, cares so little about their quality? How many other people have they taken advantage of. Do not attempt to pity gift card me almost $800.00 either back to YOUR dealership.
If I had an option of giving 0 star rating I wouldve given that for this facility, especially the service center. They have by far the worst service for a Land Rover customer. Although their website boasts about complimentary Pick up and delivery for service, and when I called and inquired about this, they said that service is not available. There is no Loaner vehicle option available. They just want you to come to their facility on a weekday and wait until the service is finished. FYI Landrover Louisville, not everyone are free on a working weekday. Ive been to other Service location in other parts of the country and they never treat their customers this bad. Im new to the Lousiville area and I pretty much know where to go to service my Range Rover. Landrover Louisville is definitely no the place.
Was looking for a very specific Range Rover color and package wise. I live in Louisiana and there were none around here but I found one in Louisville Kentucky on the land rover website. Having never purchased a vehicle over the phone, I was terrified. Much to my delight, Monica Tate and Chad Schulte made everything very simple and put me at ease. Few phone calls to exchange some information and the deal was done. I can’t thank them enough for making the car buying process a pleasure instead of a nightmare. Good work you two!

We have been DEEEELIGHTED with the service from Erik Gregory and Land Rover Louisville! We were beginning a three week trip and eight hours from home when our check engine light came on. When our Range Rover’s engine started losing power we knew we needed help. It was well worth backtracking 50 miles to work with them! Erik proactively thought about our needs and helped us have a place to park our camping trailer and a generator to power us over a cold night. They serviced and repaired our vehicle first thing in the morning and called to say it was done by 10 AM. We feel WOWed and deeply grateful. Erik, you are awesome! Thank you!!!! Went in today and test drove a Range Rover, was extremely serious to buy it and was very impressed by the professionalism from the sales rep Bess. However!!!! The sales manager Tyler Stone immediately got defensive and aggressive the second we tried to negotiate. I have never been treated this way by a dealership and wouldn’t even trust them to service it. Good luck to whoever feels comfortable buying from him.Update: We bought a better condition Range Rover, same year, less miles for 3 grand cheaper from a competitor.
Called in pleasantly greeted by Hailey. When I arrived Joe got me right in. I received a loaner car within 15 mins and had my car back just a few days later. Great service!
They have gone out of their way to be accommodating. They drive over an hour an a half to pick my vehicle up for servicing and leave me a very nice car to drive while it is at the shop. Everyone from the sales team on is 5-star.
Car was out of commission and they couldnt look at it until over a week. They didnt offer a loan vehicle, couldnt tell me if my car was finished, wouldnt answer OR return phone calls even after messages have been left. If your company is focused on making long-lasting relationships with consumers, at least return their calls. If there was another dealer around here, wed go to them.
Land Rover Louisville service and customer commitment exceeded my expectations. My husband and I transferred our service from Tom Woods Land Rover, Indianapolis, IN to Land Rover Louisville, due to the personal connection and prompt attention that we received from Erik Gregory. During our first visit (Dec. 18), warranty battery replacement, Erik understood the critical nature of our repair needs and scheduled a very timely repair appointment. Our next visit (April 19), was scheduled for standard factory maintenance and a couple of other minor warranty issues. Again, Erik expressed complete understanding of our service needs and once again exceeded our expectations. On our vehicle, the black plastic trim and mirrors developed a hazy appearance and Erik extended a no-charge concession by replacing these items and scheduled my vehicle to be delivered to me. I serve as the Director of Customer Service for my organization and it was great to receive such stellar service from Erik and Land Rover Louisville. He deserves recognition for his commitment to service that separates excellence from mediocrity. I highly recommend Land Rover Louisville and my husband and I will purchase our next vehicle there.

John in the service department took great care of my 2005 Range Rover! He continually kept me in the loop and kept the vehicle until the problem was properly diagnosed and fixed. A loaner car was provided so any inconveniences to me were minimized. My previous opinion of getting service at the dealership has been changed since my interactions with him and the service crew. Eric was very helpful and even had someone bring my car back to me once my car was done being fixed. It is hard to come by good customer service now days but Land Rover definitely does a great job and makes you feel like you are there only customer.

I was in the Land Rover of Louisville store a few weeks ago... frustrated because I had repeatedly called and left messages for service dept with zero call back. I went in upset and left extremely happy. I was greeted by a man named, Erik Gregory. He is a service advisor. He immediately apologized for the lack of response unsure as to how that could have happened. He walked out to look at my Range Rover and the two issues I was having. He fixed them both by quickly identifying the problem. I could have just been set up for a service appointment, which would have taken weeks, but he just fixed it!!! Right there on the spot!!!!! I’m so grateful for advisors like Erik who turned my negative opinion to a positive experience!!!!!

The main reason we leased our second vehicle from Blue Grass is the Customer Service. Our previous experience was outstanding and with our 2015 Range Rover that experience has continued. We live over 100 miles away from Louisville so its important to feel that our needs are met as far as service and accessibility. I highly recommend Blue Grass to meet your needs.
My 2012 LR2 would not start, called the roadside assistance (got a jump), then called Land Rover to let them know I was on my way..Land Rover Louisville was completely courteous and professional (and I didnt even purchase my Land Rover from them). When I showed up, they were expecting me, got a LR2 for a loaner,,,was up and running the next day in my own ride...We only take our LR2 to them for maintenance..Always professional....****UPDATE..5/9/16**** Noticed an oil leak in the garage on a Sunday,LRL (Land Rover Louisville) got it in on Wednesday and picked up Friday (It was ready Thursday morning but I couldnt get there). No complaints.
Erik Gregory and Staff are much greater in the care they provide than what you would expect from a company like Land Rover. Courteous, patient, fields every question and concern. Customer service could not be any better!

I put ALOT of miles on my vehicles and am now in my 3rd Range Rover. My very first purchase from Land Rover Louisville was a new 2007 LR3. I ran it hard and it treated me well. Never any costly issues. It then became a family car decked out for camping, biking and ski trips. This spring after 8 years, an issue with the braking system developed. The system was replaced, along with a great inside detail, head to toe tune up and front bumper paint job. Oh, and awesome new style tire rims. Granted the overall cost was almost $5000 but It drives and looks like new. And the icing on the cake... they delivered to my home in Evansville. It is the one Land Rover I will keep forever!
All work was done perfectly and in good time. Have had no problems since.
Overall, wonderful experience. I came in for a Range Rover Evoque and was thrilled with the ease of the transaction. Since then, Ive taken my car in for service twice and both times walked away very happy. All of the salesmen and service agents are nothing but friendly and this helps makes the car dealership a pleasant place to purchase a new car!

Great customer service experience! Everything was explained and while it was costly maintenance, it was well needed and worth every penny. I was asked y a few people to consider having the brake pads changed by non landrover repair shops to save money. Well... nooo, better safe than sorry.

Our 12 LR4 was recently in need of tires and brakes. Wes and the service team at LR Louisville delivered a great service experience. He provided good communication prior to and during the visit, and gave us an Evoque to drive in the meantime. This was our first major service experience with LR Louisville and it was exceptional.

$1,200 for 50,000 mile service that uncovered no repair needs seems excessive and I will be looking for other service providers for future service. Over $800 in labor charges, is beyond reasonable to me.

The service was great but I am not happy that we had to purchase two new key FOBs, which were very expensive. BIG FLAW in this model. These key FOBS do not recharge and are expensive to replace. They do not have batteries that you can take out and replace. I have wasted nearly $500 on new key FOBS and the car isnt even 10 years old. Hard to swallow for a college student.
All the staff at Land Rover was really helpful and helped make a repair situation as painless as possible. I appreciated the quick service and being provided with everything I needed in the meantime, including a rental.

I’ve been to two different Land Rover dealerships and the service was terrible at both. It seems as if once you already buy a vehicle from them they could care less. I had much better service with BMW and Mercedes, they offer to pick up your vehicle and drop off a loner if anything happens. The man at Range Rover told me they could try to arrange that if it is necessary in the future but a lot of their shuttle guys like to go fishing instead this time of year. When I asked them to clean my car the inside was never touched and they couldn’t even towel dry it off. Paid them $100,000 for a vehicle but they can’t clean it nicely when asked? Unbelievable. I will never recommend or purchase another from Land Rover.

I brought my 2016 in for a small ding repair. I met Wes martin for the first time. He was knowledgeable and very customer pleasing. in my opinion he went that extra mile concerning my landrover repair and seeing that I was made comfortable before and after my appointment. I turned to this dealership to solve an electrical problem on my older Range Rover that was puzzling others. They did the work very well and were exceedingly courteous throughout the process. I give them 5 stars.

There was a five week span between me being proactive and calling for a service appt. when I noticed the reminder on my dashboard ( you have xxxx miles before services) and leaving a detailed message on a service persons phone voicemail.Once the dashboard message changed to Service Required, and I realized they never returned my call, I called back and left a message with my salesperson. This is when and always seems to be the way things get done around there when I call my salesperson.Within an hour, I had a return call incidentally not from the person whom I had left a message with five weeks prior. He, Joe Fox, scheduled service the next day. He had a car ready for me. Advised me my vehicle would be ready around 4:00. I requested an earlier pick up. He said 2:00 then. He called me at 1:00 and advised it would be ready for pick up when I returned. I got there at 1:10. He advised there was a back up at the wash bay and it would be about 1:20 before I could get my vehicle. I ended up sitting there until 2:00 when it was finally ready. That was aggravating, but overall, Joe Fox was the one who got in there and made it happen. Incidentally, an email advising me the Range Rover needed service showed up three weeks prior to this service date. I replied in the Comments section that I definitely needed service and had attempted to be proactive with getting an appt. This was definitely an email that allowed a response rather than those information emails that advise not to reply. There was NO response back to me.So, Joe Fox is the star of this service experience.
