Michelle was very helpful. She gave me quite a bit of helpful information. I took my dad back a few days later to pick out a bed from the choices. She met us there and helped us get everything set up. I originally went there because my husband and I bought a bed there a few years ago. This is the second of two good experiences we have had with them.

Carlos was super helpful and friendly! He was able to assist us and was not pushy one way or the other. He was super nice and answered tons of questions from us. We really enjoyed working with him and were happy to purchase our mattress from him! Would definitely recommend working with him and this Mattress Firm.

Our representative, Michelle, was extremely helpful and pointed us in the direction of the perfect mattress to meet the needs of my mother (age 86). She asked my mother specific questions about her sleep habits, explained a few different options, and helped her test the one she thought might work best. She also sought to give my mother the best possible pricing and the fastest delivery date she could find (given the delays currently being experienced). We had a very pleasant experience and received excellent care.

They didn’t explain none of the delivery options (Michael/ the manger from Lexington an they was unprofessional with dealing with situations . Plus they came before the delivery time i advise any looking for a bed choose another store specifically one with a corporate number. Peace +Love

Carlos was absolutely amazing! Provides the best insight to figure out the right mattress in the right budget. I had an awful time finding a Uhaul, and Carlos stayed 20-30 minutes after closing to allow me to pick it up that evening and situate it for me. Could not say enough good things.

This was a great experience making such a big investment. I was never pressured, and I felt like they wanted me to choose what was best for me. Derek and Carlos are super friendly. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and knows the industry inside out. ALL of my questions were answered, and I left feeling like I made the best decision. We spend 1/3 of our lives in a bed, go to Mattress Firm and make sure you have the one that is best for you.

I’ve recently experienced life changing events that have left me with nothing and having to start all over while still providing for my daughters, and Zack made this process so seamless and painless. Not only did he make sure I got everything I needed, but the things I could have probably did without but wanted he made sure I could get those too at an affordable price. I hide it very well but I was extremely overwhelmed by his professionalism, courtesy, thoughtfulness, and politeness. Going through a separation and was moving out in 2 days, starting over. The deliveries were booked and that meant I would have slept in the floor until the bed could be delivered. They pulled some strings and made sure that I had my bed delivered when I needed it. Was so grateful they went the extra mile. Top notch service in my book 🙂

Michael and his team were great. We were looking for a replacement bed, and Michael helped us pick out the perfect one. Bed choices and technology have come a long way since we bought our bed 10 years ago. Although the bed, frame and bundle were expensive, I am super excited to sleep on my bed and stay nice and cool through the night!

We picked out the bed we wanted, then the pillows. We didnt know until we were leaving that the $149 each pillows were not king size pillows. Kind of glad they didnt have a sheet set because when we priced the sheet set on line it had king size pillow cases. When I called our sales person I told him that I needed king size pillows but I was not going to pay more than $149 because that was enough for any pillow. He checked and either couldnt get the pillows at that price or didnt try. I told him I knew the law would let me cancel the whole sale because he didnt want to refund for the pillows. I gave him until Tuesday to get back with me but since he didnt and my credit card wasnt refunded I got ahold of his boss. His boss was very nice and had a credit slip emailed to me quickly. I really should have canceled the entire $2,700 order because of this one employee. Poor service looses you business!!!

They were very helpful and friendly. We were excited to try the different styles of mattresses and the staff listened to all of our needs and addressed our questions and concerns thoroughly. If Carson is working while you’re there, you have to do your business with him. He really keeps it real with you. He’s not gonna cheat you or try any tricky salesperson act on you. He actually cares about how you get the best deal you can get and will explain the reasoning behind every option there is. Also, Carson didn’t give off the whole car salesman vibe when we worked with him. (Every other mattress salesman we talked with seemed to give off the car salesman vibe, always trying to trick you into spending more.) No one likes shopping for a mattress, every salesperson seems like they are attacking you to try something just like vendors at a mall. Carson was the opposite and made the process very easy and joyful. He explains everything to the point that you feel confident that you are actually, getting the best deal. 11/10 experience. I was able to drive home with a smile on my face and happy knowing I got the best deal I could get. If Carson is there, I would highly recommend doing business with him. He makes it very painless

I like the selection. But I do not understand why they would advertise big sale and only have it on a few mattress. Plus the one we wanted had a sale tag on the mattress but were told oh thats not on sale, but if it is its only a couple of hundred dollars off. Which i had to ask Carlos to check. It also seemed like once he realized that we were only getting the amount of our warranty credit. That he really didnt care much about the sale. And hurried things along. Plus seemed to have a bit off and attitude. I even mentioned something about pillows and he had no interest in trying to show/sale me one..( so I will look elsewhere for one)If it wasnt for the credit I would have left without anything.. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION.. AND IF THIS MATTRESS FAILS I WILL NOT BE BACK TO MATTRESS FIRM..Update .... We were also told that we would not be able to get the mattress until jan 16( ove a month away) but after noticing online the you can receive a mattress in a week we called and will have our mattress Monday...SMH WTH IS UP WITH THIS PLACE ..

On my last experience with MF I purchased an high-end set for our own master bedroom bed. This time, I wanted an inexpensive but firm mattress for our guest bedroom. Cost was the driving factor. On both occasions the salesperson sold me exactly what I needed and focused their attention on me until the transaction was completed. Excellent service and product.

I purchased a 850.00 mattress from Lexington Ky Nichilasville rd location that arrived with a hole in it after being given 2 different delivery dates. I pointed the hole out to delivery driver and he said np and that I just needed to call the store and they would send a replacement. I immediately called the store and was told too bad. I was hurt!! About a week later on sep 22 of this year I was elated to receive a call from a mattress firm rep in response to a negative survey Id completed. He, Bryce, was very apologetic and offered to send a new mattress or give me a partial refund. I agreed to the refund. I was advised to allow 7-10 business days. I still have yet to receive and he has stopped responding to my inquiries 😔

I had a great first experience at the Mattress Firm in Middletown, thanks to Ryan. Ryan was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. He was a very kind, professional individual and not one of those sales people that jumps down your throat. He helped me find the perfect mattress, answered all of my questions, and honored the deal that Mattress Firm was having online. I also visited Sleep Outfitters who had the same mattress, however, the sales lady was terrible, so they didn’t get my business. The salesperson can truly make or break a purchase. Took a long time to check out for one pillow. I have been told it wont take as long next time now that I am in their system. Why cant I just pay and go?? Pillow was not in stock at the store. Had to go to warehouse to pick it up.

Shawn out at the Middletown store took care of me when I wasnt satisfied with the Mattress I had recently purchased. After the initial month and a half I still had restless nights, and couldnt get acclimated. He explained that some people are comfortable on different mattress types. Thats why they have the 120 day trial, some people can sleep on beds as hard as bricks, but some need a lot softer. He made me feel that I was no hassle and that it was no trouble at all to show me a couple other models. Great salesman he is and recommend that store.

So Ive never stopped into this store because I thought they only sold firm mattresss, but Im glad I did. Michael was very helpful, Knowledgeable, and gave us a great deal on two mattresses and inclining bed. I had checked around at some of the other local stores and his price could not be beat, even though the mattresses were not identical that I was comparing between the stores. The delivery and setup was on time, all the old mattresses were removed. Had some trouble with the inclining bed by Michael took care of it immediately. Great job Michael!
