My mother will be moving from our hometown of Louisville, Ky to be with our sister in Boulder, Co., after the sudden death of our father. Mother’s dementia has begun to accelerate and shopping for a mew mattress in Louisville that could be delivered in Boulder brought us to Mattress Firm. I wasn’t sure how things would go, but your sales associate Andrew was amazing with her. He was informative when needed and was able to read mother when she became agitated quickly and he knew just how much space she needed. He soon began working well with me, as a sort of teammate, and he was able to guide mother into testing out and realizing what type of mattress would work for her and why. He was amazing! While I could have ordered the mattress directly from the Boulder location once she arrived two months from the day we came into the store, I saw no reason not to order from the Louisville location who treated mother with such kindness. Today, it is about one month from her arriving to Boulder, but since have access to the apartment I thought I should go ahead and order the mattress. I live in Cincinnati, so I called your Louisville location and spoke with Abigail about ordering the mattress. Horrible service, they kept waking me up while i was trying to test out the beds.. i was like, whats your problem dude? and he told me i needed to leave or they were calling the police.. so i said fine, ill try another one, and then walked over to the memory foam section to lay down, and they followed me over and tried to get me off of the bed again.. at this point the pizza i ordered had arrived and the poor delivery boy was waiting at the front watching the commotion.. i didnt tip him. 1 star

I had already done most of my research so I was prepared. Instead of letting my second bedroom turn into a storage room, I decided to convert my current bed into a guest bed and treat myself to an upgrade to a king! Nathan was incredibly helpful and didnt try to force me into a more expensive option. There are several stores in the area to choose from, but this store had a lot of great reviews so I didnt mind going a little out of my way for good customer service!

We couldnt be happier with our Intellibed Starlight! We have finally found a bed that puts us straight to sleep and KEEPS us asleep. Fiancee doesnt wake up in pain and Im able to sleep on my side comfortably throughout the whole night - which says a lot considering Im 9 months pregnant. I went in at beginning of the year was going to get a new bed but decided not to. Make sure to take every thing this company says with a grain of salt. They will tell you just about anything to sell you something! Last year, I bought a mattress from them knowing that in a year I would be leaving & couldnt take it with me & the sales woman (& even the other salesman that was in the store agreed) & told us that when it comes time for me to move to just call them & theyll have a local charity come pick the mattress up for me.Sadly, upon moving out, they informed me that this company does not even do this. So now, Im stuck with a mattress that I cant move & will likely have to incur the cost of a fine from my apartment because I am a small girl who is moving by herself & cannot move this by myself.Dont find yourself in the same situation I am! Please go buy from someone else.

I went in to buy a mattress and the saleswoman who helped me displayed bizarre and erratic behavior, and used very rude and unprofessional language. Also, their mattresses are clearly quite low in quality. I took my business across the street where the quality was much higher and staff was much more professional.

We went in and had no desire to purchase a mattress. We worked with Nick and he was absolutely fantastic. Not once did he pressure us and he continued to go above and beyond during our entire visit. His service and dedication to our needs will certainly lead to me shopping at Mattress Firm in the future.
