Steepleton has a great selection of outdoor play sets, basketball goals, outdoor furtniture, grills, and billiard tables. Their staff is great! They are very welcoming, informative, and knowledgeable. The delivery staff and service is also top-notch. The delivery was prompt and they did a great job setting up our play set, cleaning up, and being neat. I would definitely recommend Steepleton!

Great work! I ordered a basketball goal with installation. After purchase, I was contacted within 24 hours to schedule the work. When the day arrived, the men dug the hole, mixed and poured the concrete, and put the mounting plate in the concrete in less than one hour. They came back 2 days later and put the goal up. The men were friendly and kind, even asking about my daughter by name when they returned with the goal! Definitely top-notch, professional service. I would add that I have a pool table with the Steepleton name and its quality is as high as the basketball goal and associated service!

He helped me with the layout of the room (I had dimensions and a sketch) to help determine the best way we could fit the pool table along with the other things I had for the room. Something to consider when purchasing a trampoline and warranty: The warranty only covers the trampoline part (not installation), Steepleton will charge you hundreds of dollars to install the part. And when the delivery/installation folks install the replacement part, they will see another part that needs to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. At that point youll have to pay the shipping fees for yet another new part and pay for the steepleton installation again for the new replacement item. In short, there is a lack of quality customer assistance that occurs because the warranty company and Steepleton do not work together. Inefficient and expensive.

Great experience getting our old basketball goal removed and a new one put up. They even worked through the rain and waved to my son who was watching through the window. No complaints!

Although certainly not inexpensive we chose to have Steepleton relocate our springfree trampoline when we moved. I knew that it would not be as simple as moving other trampolines and in the end it was definitely worth it. They were able to get to us in a very timely manner and Tony and his partner deconstructed, moved and reconstructed the trampoline in a couple hours. I was confident that it was done correctly.

From first walking into Steepleton and being greeted by friendly staff and our knowledgeable salesperson John all the way until having the tub delivered by Mike, Eli, and Braden, I could not have been more pleased with my first hot tub buying experience. It was around a 4 and a half month wait on the tub due to COVID and John and the staff never got irritated when I called every week or two for updates on the order. I have friends that ordered tubs from competitors BEFORE I ordered mine from Steepleton during the pandemic and they have still not received their tub while mine is installed and running. I’m a first time hot tub buyer, but the way I was treated by everyone during the process at Steepleton I will be a life long customer of theirs.

Our experience with ordering and receiving barstools was excellent. There were several stools to choose from in many, many fabrics, patterns and price ranges. I had a basketball goal installed. The price for installation was a bit higher than I thought it would be ($399), and it took about 3 weeks after the order was placed before they could make it out to perform the work.That being said the two guys that came out to do the work were extremely friendly and respectful. They dug the hole and poured the concrete on Monday, they returned on Wednesday to complete the installation after the concrete had dried. They even dumped the dirt from the hole that was dug in the back yard like I requested.They contacted 811 for you before they dig. I didnt know that they would and I had them come out as well, whoops.Overall it was a great experience and the goal looks fantastic. I will purchase my next item from Steepltons...probably a pool table!

We decided after finally getting all four of our daughters grown that it was time for a hot tub!! We spent hours researching hot tubs and reading reviews and trying to figure out the best one to fit our likes and style. Once we had a decent idea of what we wanted, we went to Watsons to talk to a salesman about it. However, not one person asked us the entire 20 minutes we were looking at the floor models if we needed assistance. So we left. At the time, we were still a couple months away from finishing the area on our deck where the hot tub was going so we didnt pursue further looking right then. Fast forward about 4 weeks and we were out and decided to again try Watsons for our hot tub hunting. Well, we did get a salesman this time but he did not seem interested in our needs and he was not able to answer our questions regarding different models and features. Maybe he did not think we were actually looking to buy. So, we left and drove straight to Steepletons. We walked in and met Paul Soule. He was fantastic from the moment we set foot inside until he completed the sale of our brand new $6,572 hot tub! Paul was personable, knowledgeable about the products, and explained in easy to understand detail everything we needed to know in regard to wiring, upkeep, weight, and even the basics like push this button for this. He is a gem to this company. We literally spent less than an hour start to finish on this purchase with him because he made it so simple, painless, and efficient. So, the hot tub came about 3 weeks later via delivery by 4 men who actually work for the company itself and they represented this company WELL. June 29th weather was sunny, HOT AND HUMID and at 3:30 pm, almost unbearable in the direct sun. These men did not complain once. It was not an easy task to get the hot tub to the area we wanted it either. They put everything together, hooked up the electrical, went through the care of the hot tub (very thoroughly) and answered all my nagging questions without getting frustrated. GOOD JOB STEEPLETON!! This morning I sat out in my hot tub and had my coffee. I highly recommend this company for your recreational needs.

My husband felt that the design of the Goalrilla was superior due to the single pole construction and position of the supports for the backboard. Went to Steepleton after lack of communication and professionalism at bluegrass backyards and ended up getting amazing service, an appointment on the exact day I wanted, communication about what to expect and payment methods and requirements and professional delivery and set up, all included at no extra cost (special for October) and cheaper than bluegrass. I didnt have the pleasure of working with them for a month like I had to with the other one (I was trying to plan ahead for install), but from the customer service I received and saw while there, Steepleton is a company that will not let your business fall by the wayside and disappear if they have not heard from you. They know what quality service is and know that follow ups are important whether its before or after a sale.

Jim Graven one of the owners of this business took possession of a corvette mat for this car sent to him in error. He originally agreed to return it with the label we sent him, then decided to keep it and not pay for it. Be aware that this is a character trait of a company family owner and actions they take against small business. Jim kept something he didnt pay for and therefore stole merchandise from us.
