I had ordered a pair of sweats that were on clearance-online. I ordered a L and received an XXL. Obviously a big difference, I checked the receipt and I had ordered the right thing. I called about them- hoping they would kindly exchange them out and they said they could not do so for the clearance price. Uh why? Was told the sku number for clearance only matched the XXL and wasnt sure why the online site said different. The right thing to do? Exchange my size out since thats what I ordered and it was your mess up since you dont know why the online let me order a different size than what supposedly the clearance price is. Duh. No, instead they will not do anything about it. Very unhappy girl right now because I would not pay full price for those sweats, but was super happy about getting them on sale to have! My question is- is that when you receive the order online at the store to pack up the item to the person- it obviously shows which item you should pack and what size or else everyone would always be getting wrong items? Correct?, correct. So I feel like this was trying to be hidden since they had to of seen that I ordered a Large and then when I call to have something done about it-they cannot. Very very unhappy about this. The right thing to do is to give me my size that I ordered with the sweats that I had ordered, at the price that I had ordered. Point blank. & if this doesnt get changed somehow- I will not be ordering again and I will continue to let everyone know about my awful experience I had with their now new manager as he referred himself tools well as this bookstore.
