We knew exactly what car we wanted just need to find a dealer who had it and after we determined that Courtesy had it, the rest was simple. A couple of emails, texts, and phone calls and the transaction was done except for the signing. The next day we showed up at noon and were out by 1:15. Easiest automobile purchase we’ve ever made. Finance Michelle was fantastic and sales Bill Baxley went over all of the features of the car so we were comfortable driving it home.

My wife & I came into Curtesy 09/18/21 looking for a Yukon Denali with the Ultimate package, and Jeffrey Toon (Salesman) greeted us at the door, sat us down in his office and went through all the options we had. With Covid, we sadly realized that none of the ‘21 Yukons coming in would have the Ultimate package because of the chip shortage, and that we would have to wait until the ‘22 Model came out, which nobody knew when that would be. Jeff showed us a Yukon Denali with the Ultimate package that had already been purchased, and went over the features, which sold us on the vehicle even more.We patiently waited almost a month, and eventually noticed on Curtesy’s website that a few ‘22 models were in transit. We made an appointment with Jeff, and he informed us to our delight, that they would be arriving 11/01/21! My wife & I worked out the details of selling her current vehicle, and we immediately paid a deposit to reserve a Satin Steel ‘22 Yukon Denali. Jeff kept in touch with us as we waited for our vehicles arrival, and he informed us on 10/25 that our vehicle was arriving a few days early! Jeff kept us in the loop during the transit of our Yukon, even sending map location pictures of its transit!Upon arrival on 10/29, Jeff sent the first pictures of our ‘22 Yukon Denali on the transport truck, which we were overly enthusiastic about! To be honest, Jeff was just as excited as we were for its arrival! Jeff went on the explain all the added benefits made to the ‘22 model, which we were pleasantly surprised about! Jeff drove our new Yukon to pick us up from the dealership we sold our precious vehicle too, and showed us a lot of the new features of our Denali! Everyone at Curtesy was so excited about our ‘22 Yukon Denali, and you could tell from all the interactions we had with the employees there! Michelle in finance was giddy about our vehicle and was so pleasant to work with also!Needless to say, my wife & I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Curtesy Buick GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle! Had an absolutely great experience here; which I honestly didn’t think you could say about a car dealership. There was no pressure, just courtesy and facts. There was none of that “let me talk to my manager” or “well someone was interested, so it’ll go fast”, tactics. Arthur worked with us and was amazing. Polite, transparent, and sincere.Honestly, if you’re looking for a new car, really give them a look. Their prices were fair and I honestly don’t think there’s many dealers who don’t use high pressure tactics.

Everyone at this dealership is amazing! Theyre all willing to answer your questions or guide you where you need to go. My salesman, Arthur Wilson was absolutely in touch with everything I said I wanted and needed in a car, and he found me the perfect one. There was no pressure at all. He provided me with several options and explained the differences. He let me decide which I liked. Once I made a choice, we took a test drive. He encouraged me to really test it to see it perform for my driving needs. AMAZING is all that I can say. I was absolutely sold on this beautiful Buick Envision. Thanks to everyone at Courtesy Buick. Scheduled an appointment for a radiator fluid change. I brought my truck in at 9am and was told that it would take 2-3 hours. I also mentioned that my check engine light came on. He told me that they manot be able to get to the check engines so I told him, not to worry I can reschedule, but that I needed my truck. At 4:00pm, I called and checked the status. Not surprising, not done. Not the fluid change nor the diagnosis. I asked why since I scheduled an appointment, and was told some nonsense by Jack how the appointment does not guaranteed service time, just puts me in line. When asked why no one called, I was told that he was planning on it. I doubt that seriously. Dont spend your money here. They lie. I understand why another reviewer stated the same.

Had scheduled 3 items.1- A complete detail - 5 stars.2 - Routine oil chance, oil leaked in garage and in driveway making a mess. Had to return to dealer, they said oil filter seal was not seated - very inconvenienced + still trying to get oil stains up. Basic service that failed.3 - Rear camera blue screen. Same day I picked up it blue screened again, had yet another trip back to the dealer, again very inconvenient. It was fixed the second trip.Ryan (my rep) and Monica (loaner car) were very good and prompt. It is the QC in service that should be addressed. A leaky oil filter after service? Really?Thanks for the opportunity to vent......Larry

Absolutely horrible business ethic! I inquired about a vehicle online and did not leave my number intentionally so I would not receive unwanted calls. I prefer to keep initial correspondence by email until Im ready to see the vehicle in person. The internet sales person disregarded my wishes and used some type of internet search to find a phone number for me and ended up calling my wife. So avoid the dealership because they care so very little about your wishes or privacy.

Service department director, James, wants to argue and defend vs listen and problem solve. He vowed he would not look at my car until it sat for weeks on his lot even though he already had it for weeks just a couple days earlier. Further, his version of problem solving was to dictate a minimum of 5 hours of diagnostic time vs offering up any other reasonable solutions. Without even giving the time to understand the problem, James also indicated that my car was not worth even looking into because of the age of the vehicle. Thus again demonstrating his commitment to avoid problem solving. So, I took my car to Ken Towery who within 30 minutes discovered and solved the problem. I wholeheartedly expect James to jump on here and get defensive again. Because in his eyes its better to argue than to listen and come up with reasonable options to problem solve. I recommend avoiding any department where James is in charge.

Great car buying experience! Arthur was a great salesman to work with, and Kody in finance was awesome! I was in and out in 2 hours, which was great after a 10 hour day at work. Kody worked magic in getting me a great deal and staying within my budget, I felt no pressure from either of them to add things I did not need. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.The only negative thing was the day after there were way too many phone calls to me AND my insurance agent about switching my vehicles. I started the process that morning and my agent was working from home with COVID, it did take the whole day but it was done. Legally I had 5 days to do it, so the hounding while I was at work was a little unnecessary.

Customer service at your dealership is laughable. Scheduled an appointment at 2pm with multiple open slots for 1, 1:30, 2:30. On arrival the person who got in my car looked for an engine check light and decided that it wasn’t worth having anyone look at it at all because the one person wasn’t there and that I could leave my vehicle with them for over a week to have that person come off vacation to look. As if leaving my vehicle there for that week would do anything for anyone not to look at it. Not to mention taking off work to come have my vehicle looked at and being told “yeah, I’m just going to be honest with you we’re not going to look at your car today since it’s already 2:00” as if there wasn’t an availability for that appointment time

Tried to offer me $10k less on my trucks trade than it’s Blue Book Value in the middle of a truck sellers market. They wasted my trip in to the dealershipAdded response to Courtesy GMC’s Reply: This is absolutely not true. I showed manager Ari the KBB values and he practically laughed at me. Attached is a screenshot of my trucks KBB Trade In Value. Clearly worth $38-40k. Dealerships are paying over blue book value even in today’s limited truck market. I was offered $30k and told oh we may be able to get you $500 more. My truck is practically brand new condition. It’s a disgrace to be offered $10k under market value - greedy dealerships trying to steal equity from hard working individuals. This is a disgrace and I hope people avoid this dealership and are not taken advantage of.

My 2018 GMC Sierra Denali needed a new torque convertor. It had 78,500 miles when the convertor was replaced. I spoke with Justin and he said there was nothing that could be done. The mechanic I use said that it has been an issue any many GMCs/Chevy models.

Wow, this place was really impressive to me. I went in to look at a GMC Acadia AT4, and it had been parked out front by the time I got there. I was able to stress-free look at the car by myself (love), then have honest conversations about the pricing. I honestly feel like a stole it. They gave me so many discounts and INSURED that I got every coupon that was coming to me. The experience was stress free, so easy, and actually kind of fun. I worked with Bill (sales person) and Arian Leblanc (sales manager)...two class acts if I’ve ever seen one. They were both so humorous and light hearted, it was actually a bit of a downer to leave. When I went to see Michelle in finance she kept the energy going and was so transparent and just up front. Along with two employees and their managers calling another co working lazy among other names in front of me and other customers standing around in the service office. Staff was beyond helpful. Gave us a truly memorable car buying experience. Nothing but high praise for the new car folks at Courtesy. Had direct access and interaction with New Car Manager, and Finance Manager. With the help of Mr Baxley, they personally handled our purchase. Total time of delivery from pulling off the hauler, detailing, signing and driving away was under 4 hours. I couldn’t be more impressed.

Didn’t take long to come to terms. They provided paper work to back up facts. Their price on the used Yukon xl I bought, could not be touched anywhere else around. I had been shopping around and in no hurry. I tell you this same vehicle on another lot was priced 5-8k more! Shout out to Stuart Singleton and the finance guy. Sorry I didn’t get his card, forgot his name.
