I highly recommend EZ Watch for anyone. Whether you’re a small business, or so rich you can afford anything you want. You tell them what you want, and they will help you figure out what you need. If you have a technical issue, they help you fix it. They do not just turn their back on you just because it’s been over a year since you’ve purchased from them.

Hands down the best customer service on the phone. I bought a system for our home and it works great. The guys are more than willing to help me when I have questions regarding equipment. My only suggestion would be, please follow up on emails, Ive had issues with them saying they emailed me something and I never got it. A simple follow up email should suffice. I do highly recommend EZ watch. :)

Excellent people and equipment. Installation was straightforward with excellent documentation and support. Installed the 16 camera system in our church in a couple of days. Most of the time was spent just routing the wire. Connections and DVR setup was a breeze. Remote viewing was easy to set up with the included documentation. Support was available with just a phone call. Cameras have a great field of vision and excellent clarity. The complete system had everything needed, including a tool to strip the coaxial cable. Fitting the cable end was a simple task, only thing you need to check is to make sure the center conductor lines up with the hole in the connector. We used water proof heat shrink butt connectors with the low heat solder ring to make the power connection to the camera.

You won’t need a degree in IT and networking to set up and use the EZ Watch security camera system. Just call Daniel and he will walk you through or log in & take care of it for you. Excellent customer service. Never had an issue Daniel could not fix! The system will stream live video to your smartphone, tablet, Mac or PC from anywhere in the world. We utilize this system at work & home. Simple to use & professional quality.
