I concur with all of these nice people. But what gives this store the Belle of the Ball is the experience. This is an exceptional store to be not only shop in, but gladly welcomed to stop by and say hey because they love their customers and always have time to chat.. Trust me, you will make their store not only for your battery needs, but to meet the team who has extraordinary compassion for every person who comes in through the door. I would know this because I am lucky enough to call them my family!

I needed to get some small specialty batteries so I decided to check out battery giant; turns out its a locally owned and operated business. I was greeted right when I walked in and I mentioned the battery I needed. The owner immediately told me the price and walked right over to them. Forget having to look all over without help (...Walmart...) and the price was more reasonable than I was expecting. Highly recommend this for all of your battery needs! Car batteries, watch batteries, etc. they have flashlights and other gadgets too. Check them out, you wont be disappointed! Shop local!

This morning my car broke down in Krogers parking lot. The guys from battery Giant came out and jumped my car. I then had them change the battery once we got it down to their store. The battery was competitively priced and the installation was free and fast. The customer service they gave me was excellent! I would definitely recommend supporting this locally owned family business.

I had planned to buy a car battery here tonight because my friend specifically recommended the store. I wish you had actually been open until 6:00as advertised. I came at 5:30 and the lights were out. I guess Ill be headed to your competitor.

I went to 10 stores yesterday looking for a motorcycle battery and found nothing. These guys had multiple in stock. And super friendly. Highly recommend

The owners are so awesome, I needed a good deal on a battery because Walmart tried to sell me a expensive battery after they told me my Warranty was good then I get there and they said it was not. I got a tip on Battery Giant and I walked out of there saving 22 bucks and 2 year free replacement. They got my service now on for life.

I asked around about getting my iPhone screen fixed and multiple people referred me to Battery Giant. They did not dissappoint. Not only did I receive my phone my phone back in perfect condition, it was repaired in 30 mins. You can find the owners in the store on any day and the staff is amazing!

My car didn’t start last weekend in the Kroger parking lot. Thank god for Battery Giant they ran down and jumped my car no charge even though I wasn’t buying anything. Then when my car didn’t start again I priced a new battery and they were the cheapest so I came back today and they installed it free! What nice guys.

Needed 2 batteries for a power chair. They had them in stock and for much less than the local medical supply stores. Will defi iyy be buying from them again

This place is by far the worst business!!!! The owner doesn’t take responsibility for the mistakes of his employees or Himslef. When someone makes a mistake it’s their responsibility to fix that mistake! I understand everyone makes mistakes! No big deal if you make it right! So what happened was i drive and hour To bring my daughters razor 4wheeler in there and hassled with razor about the warranty. I was told by a member of his staff to be there that morning. I had to wait for 2 1/2 hours for his tech guy to get there. Hassled more on the phone with razor. Finally got razor to honor their warranty right?!?! Well after 2 weeks of waiting because it takes time to fix stuff I know! I drive back in there and it takes an hour. I pick it up. I get home and undo the charger and realize it’s the wrong one. I call and tell them hey you accidentally gave me the wrong charger. He was like oh sorry there’s another here it must be yours. I said ok, if you don’t mind can you mail it out to me it’s an hour drive. The owner takes the phone and says yes he will for $8. I said no. It’s his tech guy who gave me the wrong charger. I said I will mail this one back to you and you can mail mine to me. He again said yes for $8. I said that’s not right. It was a mistake on his end and it’s a simple request to mail it out and before I could even finish talking jerry cut me off and told me that it was his business but it was my 4wheeler and razor is who paid him not me and I should have looked at my stuff better?!?! Really man!!!! I have 3 kids with me and running every place and I didn’t feel the need to check everything because I trusted them! He then processeds to tell me that he doesn’t have time for this and hangs up!!!! Way to run a business! I’m glad the my daughters 4 wheeler was able to be fixed but no one deserves this kind of treatment. It was rude and uncalled for! The way he talked to me was very demeaning!!!

After I had lunch at El Nopal with some friends, I walked next door to the Battery Giant store and asked if they carried watch batteries. Not only did they carry the battery that I needed for my watch but he put it in for me. All this for $4.95!

The service and selection at this store are incredible!
