He was never pushy in anyway and even when they were busy and he was helping other customers he always came back to check on us to make sure we were okay and to give us updates on where we stand. We came in with 2 trades and were looking to get 2 new vehicles. SAINT-LOUIS DEJAIE And his manager Bob Caldwell went out of their way to help get us the best deal and to get us out of a previous bad car loan with another dealer. I am extremely happy with how they treated my fiancé and myself and we will continue doing business with them!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!I was charged OVER $1,000 for AN ALTERNATOR!!!! I was misdiagnosed and told first it was a dead battery, gave them the go ahead to fix it. Got a call back saying it wasnt my battery and that it was my alternator. Nick quoted me $920 OUT THE DOOR with the alternator and under the impression that was including the battery as well. STILL RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! The next day I CALLED to see if my my car was done and asked the total I owed; and was hit with $1,200. After going back and forth with Mr. Dismissive Nick, he managed to get it down to $1,047. STILL ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. His only argument was that it was Kia brand equipment installed, not after market. I WAS NEVER ASKED OR GIVEN THE OPTION FOR EITHER. Furious with the amount I was told due, I called my personal mechanic and he priced me OTD $675 for BOTH battery and alternator. The only reason I had my car towed to Kia was because 3 weeks prior to my car shutting down I had JUST taken it to Kia for one of their famous recalls. Might I mention the last recall I had, Kia inspected and PASSED; TWO WEEKS LATER my engine ended up shutting down completely while I was driving on the Gene Snyder. In which I had it towed to Kia and they did replace my whole engine. SO with my most recent visit THAT is why I had it towed yet again to Kia. I DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE AT ALL, THEY DEFINITELY TAKE ADVANTAGE!!!!!!MIGHT I ADD WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK FROM THE SECOND RECALL IT WAS RANSACKED. BUT I KNEW BETTER TO KEEP MY VALUABLES IN THERE! KIA PRESTON ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES IN MORE WAY THAN ONE! NEVER AGAIN! KIA EAST FROM HERE ON OUT!
If you call in, they will lie and say anything possible to get you in there. The deal they had for you with all the lenders just begging for your business is all lies. You will get shoved to the first salesman available because the person on the phones dont even sell cars. They will constantly ask how much you can come up with saying thats perfect, then 30 minutes later, they need a grand more, and more, and more. Until they need over 5 thousand down. Thats when I quit playing their games and walked out. With 5 grand down anywhere else you can get anything you want. Place is full of liars that only sell cars if their commission is high enough. I thought it was odd the lot had less than 20 cars. Lying overpriced scammers
I made an appointment to have my car looked at today at 2:30. I drive in over half an hour from Southern Indiana. I get there and wait for a while and then they tell me oh we just cant get to your car today. Our technicians dont do diagnostics this late in the day. Dont make an appointment here. I cant recommend them. Not very professional at all. Poor, poor service.
The customer service here was great. I showed up with a donut due to an unexpected flat tire. The service area was extremely busy. Nick looked at my tire and took it in to get patched. My wait was short. I honestly thought I was going to spend hours waiting for a simple service but I did not. Thank you so much.
My daughter has not had her 2016 Kia soul for a year and the AC went out. She took it into Kia on Friday and they up sold her $1300 worth of work. Upon retrieving the car, the engine dies when she stops, and is sluggish, dashboard warning lights on. This was not happening prior to the work done on Friday. She is a young person has been driving around like that for three days and it’s dangerous.When she called the dealership to work out a solution, they were not only unapologetic but discouraged her from bringing the car back, telling her there was nothing they could do about that. My belief is that there is something they can do about that and they just refused. I see at least one other review that complains of the same thing so I guess that’s the standard for Kia on Preston highway.Don’t use Kia on Preston Highway. I would give them a 5 for selling you a car with no negotiation, BUT a 0 for follow up service. BAD SERVICE.
By far the WORST experience for trying to buy a car. On Thursday I went and looked at a vehicle and asked about how financing would be with me having little to no credit and the salesman swore that it wouldnt be a problem and decided to sleep on it and came back Friday to start the financing process. The salesman had both mine and the person that went with me information on the financing paper and we told him that it was only me wanting to finance and he marked out my information then left us to fill out the paper that had the wrong information on it. After filing everything out, Saturday They called me telling me I needed a co signer because of my credit... like I didnt ask about that Thursday. Then Sunday they called my co signer thinking she wanted to buy a vehicle too... Then on Monday I received a phone call telling me the financing was all approved but someone came in the day before and put 100 dollar deposit down the hold the vehicle till Tuesday at 1. I was never given the option or even asked if I was interested in putting a deposit down. After that was all said and done, even tho I was already approved financing... they sold the vehicle. Not only did they do that, they ended up running my co signer credit 6 times leaving 6 hard inquiries on her credit score. I will never go back to this store and would shy anyone thinking of going away. NOT WORTH THE TIME AND HASSLE.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted and helped by Zach. He is very hospitable and professional. The man has outstanding customer service skills. Ill go back to that location because the service was A1.

EDIT: spoke with the manager and the situation was a miscommunication. We had a great conversation. He didn’t ask me to edit this but I want to keep things fair.Went in for an oil change and other various services. Made an appointment online. Got there, and they informed me the wait was going to be 2.5 hours and the appointment was not actually an appointment it just held your place in line. Nothing on my confirmation indicated this. This is just poor business practice. The only reason for 2 stars is because the guy at the desk was very nice.

I bought a new 2020 Kia Soul from this dealership about a year ago. I love the car but am not able to get service for this car from the service department. I have called, left a message on the answering machine, and done a live chat four times. No one will contact me to schedule service. I finally gave up and took my car somewhere else. This dealership will sell you a car but refuses to service it
We had an appointment scheduled weeks ago to have a seat belt buckle replaced. When my son showed up at my schedule time we were told it would be at least a 2 to 3 hour wait. What’s the point of an appointment if there’s going to be a 2 to 3 hour wait if you show up at the correct appointment time. When we scheduled the appointment we were told we could wait and not drop it off. The receptionist was very nasty and did not want to transfer back to service. And overall awful experience that I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Would leave 0 if possible. My boyfriend got his car ONLY two months ago, and it stops running. When I contact the dealership they offer no form of apology and wouldn’t even help us get it towed. When I then go to use my OWN tow from AAA to have it moved from Fort Knox while he’s on active duty, they tell me not to bring it to them because it would be inconvenient to them because they can’t work on the car. I’m made to take it to another shop and when I ask if they will be reimbursing any of the cost to repair the car that was purchased, again, TWO MONTHS AGO and was offered NO help.

They added an addition $1.1k charge of bogus fluid changes and vague tune ups that I know isnt needed for my wifes car as Im the one who maintains her car.Weve also been sitting in the lobby for 40+ minutes to just pick up the car after declining the repair. There were two other people waiting in the lobby with us, but theyve come and gone. It should not take this long to pick up a car. If you want a Kia, dont come to this location.
I want everyone to know about my experience with buying a car last week. I went to the Nissan dealership in Clarksville Indiana and test drove a Nissan Versa. My intentions were to buy it and when the salesman came back after talking with the manager and said they were not going to budge on the final pricing I went to the Nissan Dealership in Louisville. Once again they were not even going to work with me on price. I was headed to the Chevy dealership and I passed a Kia Dealership in Clarksville. I remember while looking up cars the evening before the Kia Rio caught my attention. It looked good but I never owned a Kia before. I thought I would just go in and look around. My salesman (Jorge Garcia) showed me the Rio. I decided to test drive it and this is where my opinion changed about owning a Kia. This car drove BETTER than the Nissan Versa, looked better and handled better. I was really IMPRESSED. Not only was the car exactly what I wanted, but the 10 year warranty was simply icing on the cake 👍 well we went to negotiate the price. I have to say that not only did they meet my price but it was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. EVERYONE at that dealership impressed me. Kia not only received my sale this time, but also in the future as well. Thank you Kia Dealership of Clarksville and thank you Jorge, if it wasn’t for you I would have never test drove and purchased the car ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Both my wife and I have bought cars from this location in the last two months. Dylan helped us out both times. He was an amazing sales person through it all. I know I’m a tough person to deal with and Dylan did wonderful answering all my questions and not showing on ounce of being annoyed. I would recommend a Kia to anyone. My girlfriend went to look at a 2014 Ford Focus. Sales people were nice of course and we informed the salesman we were wanting to finance and he was very cooperative. Even brought the sales manager over, who asked if we would like to go ahead and start the financing process that day. We decided to talk about it and come back, but she still wanted to have the financing ready so she did it online. Turns out the car was too old to be financed and after they explained that to her over the phone, they tried to turn around and talk her into buying a new Kia since her credit had already been pulled. Wouldnt have been as upset if this was an honest mistake, but you just played games with us and then expected us to come back and spend more money with no remorse? That just seemed shady... Anyways my girlfriend really stresses about her credit, so now Im going to have to hear about it for the next week. Thank you Kia Store and guy whos name I think was George (sales manager)! Also, they told me it had just been serviced but it was low on radiator and washer fluid and was missing 2 tire stem caps, but Ive never been one to trust a dealership garage.P.S. Carnelle was the salesmen and Id have to give a separate 4 stars there because he was super nice and not pushy but he did let his manager/company take me for a ride whether he was aware or not. I had to wait to get the carnival due to the recall. One day we were suppose to have a hail storm, I asked him to put it inside of possible and he did and sent me a video. I probably texted him several times with a couple minor complaints and he helped me and took his time with anything I needed. He did not pressure me into anything and always answered my questions the best he could. If he did not know he found out for me. Great job and great salesman!!!

Had my car for 4 months. Will find excuses to not honor warranty. Called me asking me if I was satisfied with my recent services when they still had my car so their communication around there is just as bad as communicating with their customers. I was lied to saying I’d have a loner car and then never got one. They will not call you back so don’t even worry about leaving any messages. The lady who usually answers the phone doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and will hang up on you. They tried to change the price of the cost of the repair 3 times. I was told I’d have my car back in 2-3 weeks not 4 months. I was not paying for a repair costing more than what I owed on my car. Terrible customer service, super rude, will never do business with Kia PRESTON again.
Amber was absolutely AMAZING!!! I didnt feel pressured by any of the sales people. I got an AMAZING deal on a brand new Optima and top dollar from my trade that even had a little body damage. They showed me all my options, new versus used and various loan terms. I am thrilled about my choice to go with Kia as Im usually a hardcore Chevy fan. Jerome Harris is TOP NOTCH! I wont buy another car from anyone else!!! I hate shopping and especially hate car shopping, but Jerome made the whole process simple, easy, enjoyable, and stress free. I already knew what car I wanted to look at and from there it was smooth sailing. Unlike previous car buying experiences, I was in and out of there in under 3 hours. That may sound like a lot to some, but I have been at other car lots before that took more than half my day, just for them to tell me no.Thats why I appreciate Jerome & financing making everything so easy. I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento on 6/15/20 and me being me ran over a screw in the road that same day. I contacted Jerome and he said to bring it in and Kia would patch it for free. That may not seem like much but for someone like me who usually gets the short end of the deal, it was a huge bonus. Jerome also took the time that day to sync my phone, hook up my satellite radio, explain the AWD functions, radio, hands-free, keyless system, etc. in detail. He answered every question and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He also took the time to drive the car to my home, which saved me a trip and time! Jerome is phenomenal and I more than appreciate him, his work ethic, and personalized attention.

Retired Air Force here. Fellow veterans! The Kia Store on Preston is by far the best dealership in the city!! I leased a 2020 Kia Telluride last year and never thought I would part with it! That is until salesperson Alisa called me 2 months ago and asked if I would like to move to a 2021. I really REALLY loved the new nightfall package but didnt think she could get it done with what I would need to close the deal. WELP. SHE GOT IT DONE. NO MONEY DOWN! PAYMENT WENT UP JUST 7 DOLLARS!!!! I now have the truck of my dreams thanks to her efforts. If you are looking for any vehicle, get with Alisa! She impressed the HECK out of me!!

This is by far one of the worst places to buy a car. After finding one that my partner and I liked we dealt with an overly pushy car salesmen that after being told OVER 10 times to give us 24 hours to think kept pushing on us. He went and got his manager who tried the exact same things the salesmen did. After us telling him give us 24 hrs he said let me go look at something. The manager came back with an amazing deal. My partner and I went home ran numbers and figured we could do it. My partner calls up there to talk to the manager we dealt with the night before and he isnt there. He talks to a completely different manager that doesnt know what is going on. When we finally get to talk to the manager we dealt with the night before he acts as if he never made the deal. The best thing the manager could come up with was we tried. This kia store has some of the most shady word twisting people working there. Make sure you everything in writing cause they wont back anything they tell you. I will NEVER go back to this kia store if any because of this and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER GO AS WELL.

Came in to look at stock number K7422, VIN: KNAE35LC1L6085395a vehicle listed in stock on their website. This car is the only AWD V6 Twin Turbo Stinger their KIA store has. I arrive at this KIA store to find the owner of the store had taken this car on a joyride over the Labor Day weekend and hadnt returned yet with the car. Now this supposedly new vehicle has plenty of joyride miles on it, not to mention wear and tear on what is supposed to be a new car, ready for sale on their car lot. Who knows when it will show back up at the store, I couldnt get any real answers from the staff or the manager. Apparently, this KIA store owner believes its ok to joyride the performance cars that are in-stock and still call them new. This seems to be the type of service this KIA store is dishing out and Im not interested in that type of service. I dont recommend buying from this store.
WOW! What a wonderful car lot to shop in. Everything from the salesman to the facilities are top notch. I first saw a used car from this lot shared on Facebook and went in to see Dylan. He was an exceptional salesman which left me with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. He was more concerned about me than the car, he even recommended cars which fell in my budget and knew about all the features of every car we test drove. When rubber meet the road and I became serious to buy a car one of the sales managers, George, stepped out to discuss more of the great programs Kia has for younger buyers or people with credit not established yet. Throughout my experience it never felt like they were trying to up-sale me to a more expensive car or unneeded expenses they took the person into consideration and got me in a wonderful used car.

Jean-Raymond Osmin is hands down the BEST salesman I have ever had! He truly works for me and goes above and beyond to make sure I am 110% pleased with my purchases. I bought a 2021 Kia Telluride on 10-31-20 and someone hit and totaled my car 13 days later. I texted Jean-Raymond from the hospital to let him know what happened, and the next day he and the management team searched in other states to find me the same color and model I had. Monday morning (3 days after the accident) I picked up my 2nd 2021 Kia Telluride. I couldnt be happier with any sales team than the one I had. When I finally saw it, I feel in love and knew I had to have the beautiful grey Stinger.Saint Louis Dejale met us with the vehicle in Bowling Green, a 55 minute drive from our home.
