Nothing stands out here. I moved from out of state and this dealership is closest to my home so it became my first go to for maintenance. In the two years I have went here I am continually underwhelmed. I have requested multiple times a warranty issue but never get a response to it. The warranty issue persist to this date. Ive multiple times requested a better print out of Toyota Care service to meet the same standard as where I bought my truck in Texas but that never happens. I have to ask the specifics each time. The last time I got a scheduled oil change, which took about two hours, I slowly wandered the lot looking at new vehicles and not one person in sales took a moment to even say hello. I was disappointed and went next door to other dealerships as I waited.. My girlfriend also bought a used vehicle here and we were pretty underwhelmed with that process. Ill be going elsewhere for my future service and sales.
I have been a customer of Toyota of Louisville since 1995. Ron Pence was a young car salesman when he sold me my very first car. This last experience of buying a new car was unbelievable smooth. All I did was sat in his office and he asked me several questions and picked a perfect car for me without shopping for it. It is the best car that I ever had. Ron has worked his way up to a sales manager and I have purchased all three cars from him.Now let’s talked about the service department. They have always treated me very professionally and did an extraordinary job on working my car. Kevin has been my service person for the last 15 years and always taken great care of me.Several staff members knows my name and know my life and career for the last 30 years. It means a lot when all of their staff remember a customer like that. They really do take the time to know and treat their customer like family.

For the past fifteen years I have driven to Toyota of Louisville for regular service for my 2006 Scion XB. I purchased the Scion from that dealer because I found the color I wanted, Torchberry. Other dealers were closer to my home in the east end of town, much closer. Nevertheless, a few times a year I drive out to PRP area because the best service people, the most efficient, the most professional, the most completely reliable people take care of my splendid Scion there. I admit that once, in a pinch for time, I tried a dealer nearer to my house. It was a totally discouraging experience . . .never again, no matter what. John Carbone is the man with whom I make appointments and who greets me and explains the whys and wherefores of my service needs. John is worth his weight in gold. The trade in and purchase of the new car was fine. Dean my sales guy helped a lot.Small issue is it appears the vehicle I traded them was used on toll roads after the sale and I got the bill. I have tried reaching out to them but no one has responded.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation about six weeks ago. Thats how far out I had wait for an appointment. This was not a drop-off appointment. i told them when I made the appointment that I would be waiting and the service rep reaffirmed that I would be waiting when I got there. I got to my appointment on time and they ran the car through the garage to the outside parking area were it sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes before they ran it back in the garage and started working on it. Actual time in the garage was about 45 minutes. Total time waiting was 2 1/2 hours!
Toyota of Louisville is wonderful. There is a dealership much closer to my area of town, but I continue to travel down Dixie Hwy. I am treated respectfully, the cost is never out of line, and service is impeccable. Thank you John, and team for helping me to feel like I matter.

Lisa the attend was very unhelpful. She didn’t want to answer any questions, was quick to transfer me to voicemail, and had rude undertones. Either she was having a bad day or lacks skill in being resourceful at her job. Everyone else was kind but slow in response and communication. I appreciated their kindness but it didn’t make up for their lack of communication.

I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander and needed to get a 70,000 mile inspection. Earlier this week I signed up online for an appointment and was able to get a 8:15am spot today. When I arrived everything was smooth and easy. I was able to get the inspection, an oil change, and quote on new tires. I waited in the business lounge and was able to send some emails/make calls. Jason Carbone was amazing!!! I will continue to use the Toyota service department for the life of my truck!!! Thank you!!!

I absolutely love the service I receive every time I bring in my vehicle for service!! My service advisor is top notch! Mike always tells me what is needed, and gives me updates on my 2019 Camry. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle.
The staff was very knowledgeable and polite. The recall service was to take three hours and the Camry was ready in an hour and 15 minutes. Toyota of Louisville was able to take me the next week after I called whereas the Indiana Toyota dealership was over a month out on appointments. We definitely plan to return to Toyota of Louisville.
The service department took care of my car efficiently and kept me informed as well. The dealership is kept clean and the staff are polite. I’ll definitely be back in six months!
This is why I dont like going to any other dealership.Ive had many visits to Toyota of Louisville since we leased a Corolla there. Got a fair price for our older Impala. Most people dread taking their car in for service, but I like coming here because the mechanics are friendly and I know they are top-notch and get the job done right the first time.Service desk people are very busy, answering the phone, trying to do paperwork and dealing with us, the walk in Customer. So you may have to wait a bit but when you finally get to talk to them they make you feel like you are 💯 the most important person on the planet. Mark Pouff (sorry if I misspelled it) had me laughing so hard, funny guy. Loved the outgoing personality.When I came in yesterday, my lease was at an end and I wanted to just purchase the Rav 4. Been driving it for 3 years now, let me tell you we really like this car. I had an appointment with Ashley. She was great with the follow up info that I needed 👍. I was then introduced to Bill Morrison a sales professional, had an enjoyable time explaining to him what I was wanting, and to see what the best rate could be. After getting the paperwork setup I was then handed off to a financial advisor who took great care of me, youll love the way you sign the paperwork, quick and efficient.I believe I was only there for an hour tops, so I tip my hat to Team, Toyota of Louisville.
I’m not happy with service at Toyota today!! Simple oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours- for past 9 years that took only 45 minutes at same Toyota dealership! Their charge was $80. I can have that work done much faster and at lower price at several places nearer to my home - no need to drive all the way from J-town to Dixie Highway. I think this is my last visit to Toyota of Louisville! // Lee Hoke

Great service. I called late on a Friday to get oil change and problems with brakes. They got me in by Monday. Took care of the car and answered any question I had in detail. They even gave me a few page print out on my vehicle with items that passed, failed, and upcoming needed maintenance. No pressure to get anything done with them. Great all around. I would use them in the future if needed.

We were on our way to Nashville and the warning lights came on so we went online to find the nearest Toyota dealership which was 83 miles away. We had no appointment yet we were taken straight in and had a diagnosis in a half hour. They had us fixed and back on the road within 3 and a half hours. Everyone was very friendly and made sure to keep us informed during the whole process.

Great experience, didnt mess around with the numbers like some dealers. Treated me good and very polite.
Took my Rav4 hybrid in due to total engine failure. The technician called to tell me the wire by the fuel tank had been chewed by rodents and it would be 500 dollars labor to remove the fuel tank and repair the wiring. It cost 609 dollars, and my vehicle wasnt running smoothly. I did make it home to Southern Indiana. The next day, I looked under the hood and found a broken wire and a shop cloth. I called Toyota of Louisville and reported this on Wednesday. No call back on Thursday, and the vehicle stopped working again on Friday. My car had to be towed back to Toyota and I wasted 6 hours of my day waiting. Toyota did provide a rental car this time.
Sam Smith is the man to see! Went to another dealer two days ago that did the whole bait and switch routine (different salesperson, different car than we discussed). Decided to come here and left in the exact vehicle I asked about. Sam made the process incredibly easy and so stress free! LOVE Toyota of Louisville! I will never buy another car from anywhere else!

I made an appointment to look at a used car at this dealership. After a 45-minute slog down Dixie Highway in rush hour traffic, I arrived only to be told by their Internet Sales Rep that another rep had just left the lot with the car in order to show it to someone who lived near by and was interested in it and would I like to wait around to see if that customer was going to buy the car. As much as I love suspense, I more-politely-than-she-deserved declined her offer. Her oh well attitude was a complete turn-off and all I can figure is that she is an hourly employee because if she were on commission she might have shown a modicum of interest in her potential customer instead of just occupying space at a desk in their showroom. I texted her afterward and told her to lose my number and dont contact me again. I would never do business with anyone who treated me this way--too many other dealerships in town. Ill be sure to let anyone I know who is shopping for a vehicle not to shop there either.
