I was looking at a few youtube videos on Signal Processors and finally decided on grabbing the New Audiocontrol D-5.1300 for my new Tacoma. I had a few questions that I had not been answered on the videos so I reached out to Sonic Electronics help, Travis answered all my questions and concerns. As with covid and all the delays, the amp was backordered and Travis was there the whole way until I received it A++. Just received a car radio from Sonic Electronix - SUPER fast delivery and they had a GREAT price on the radio.Their service rep, Derricka P., helped me out as their website had a glitch and didnt update shipment information. She was very helpful and sent me tracking info quickly.If I need to upgrade my car radios in the future, or other sound equipment, Sonic Electronix will be the first website that I check out.

I recently ordered a set of speakers that were listed as ships at later date. A few days later I was contacted and told that unfortunately these speakers were discontinued and no longer available. After speaking with Zackary Irvine, he offered a few resolutions that were more than generous. However, I told him that I really had my heart set on the first set of speakers that I has ordered. He went out of his way to call around and try to locate a pair in one of their country wide warehouses. He called me back later that same day to tell me he located a set and they were shipping out same day. Excellent customer service by Zackary.

Ive ordered little odds and ends from Sonic before, but when I needed to do multiple upgrades on my Fathers RAM I needed guidance both before purchasing and during installation. We will be going to small claims court if I can not fabricate a solution to a problem that was created by a product that their website informed me I needed to complete my I stall.I ordered an aftermarket head unit / radio. A Boss product. With my order the Sonic Elextronix website informed me I needed three items to complete my Install. An antenna adapter. A Chevy wiring harness. An install kit. The wiring harness doesnt fit. The installation kit required that I cut my dash. Yep I cut my dash. The finishing face plate didnt fit. Was never going to fit. I now have a cut out section of my dash panel. I shopped replacement dashes. $250 to $500. Yep we are going to court.

Where do I start? I ordered over $700 worth of product and my items came relatively quickly. But, just like any other online shopping if you plan on thinking about purchasing from a company where you can also have a efficient and quick return process…thank again!!!I returned the item in the timeframe that was given and I paid $30 to return it, using their prepaid label. I was OK with paying a return shipping cost because the items were not defective and I just wanted to return them because they were not what I actually needed. I knew from the start that this was not Amazon and that I would probably have to pay to send the items back and again like I stated before I was OK with that. However, I was not OK with it taking over a month for me to get my money returned and having to call them on multiple occasions to remind them of such. I should not have to remind a company to send me my refund after they received their items. I had to make multiple calls including speaking with multiple managers with promised callbacks that never came. Well eventually after having to remind them multiple times that I still have not received my refund that was due they sent me out a check in the mail and after 1 more week of waiting, I finally received my money back.These items were unopened and in the exact shape that I received them in. I received an email stating that they had received my items and my refund would be coming in 7-10 business days. That never happened and the worst part of it all is that if I did not keep calling them I would have not received my refund. I ended up going with another business for my stereo needs and will not ever use them in any of my future needs. When you shop online, you want to shop somewhere that not only ships the items within a quick timeframe but also accepts and processes returns in the same such way.

I ordered some amps and speakers from Sonic Electronix but fedex lost the shipment, seeing the tracking number that they were not delivered, they said that had to wait for fedex to investigate, up to 3 weeks.They would not reship the goods to me, fedex already stated if found they would return to sender.They wanted me to wait 3 weeks for fedex to get back to them before they would resend my goods.I finally had to get my money back with a credit card dispute.Its been 2.5 months still have not heard anything back from them.If anything goes wrong with your order hope you have better service than I did.
