I hired Jack Rainwater to do a small tile job in our shower. His sub-contractor managed to flood our basement with his wet saw and install the drain a solid inch above our shower floor. When I reached out to get our money back he ignored me and has been totally unresponsive in all my attempts to find a resolution to this situation. I would never use this company under any circumstances.
