This will be the most expensive company you can find for your hvac/refrigeration needs.. they won’t tell you upfront an estimate but I’m telling ya it’s gona cost 3 times anywhere else so make sure you ask questions and get a second option. This place is gouge city!!!

They took the deposit 8 months ago but never return the calls nor delivered my order. worst service ever. They take the order but will never finish on time. Don’t work with them if you are time is important. I Will never work with them again.

We at House of Ruth have been waiting for 2 1/2 months for our freezer to be repaired at our homeless shelter!!! They say they ordered parts but they never call us back and we still do not have our freezer repaired.Roger Jones, Director of Property Management

Best company in town fast service

Called Vittitow for service on Friday March 2013. Service Manager Eric and scheduled service on restaurant refrigerator. He stated that it was too late. I was told that service department would be out on Monday. On Monday afternoon I was informed that the service had not been scheduled, and that it would be as late as Friday. I was asked by Eric how I was going to pay before he could confirm that he would schedule an appointment. My conclusion from this is that since my business is in the West End I was treated unfairly and sterotyped. Bad Business Vittitow, Bad Business!

Terrible customer service

Vittitow is a great company, I own several commercial properties and they have gotten me out of jams on numerous occasions. Also their prices are very fair.

Vititow illegally charged my credit card $300 this month when i didnt even make a service call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.UPDATE: I had another company come out and service my ice machine. they told me the manufacturer is aware of a faulty part. They promptly replaced the part under warranty and I have had no problems with my ice machine. Vititow said Its probably your building or maybe they were servicing the electricity in the area. WRONG! DO NOT USE VITITOW!!!

Great customer service

New cooler sweats so bad that it is standing in water during high humidity weather due to air leakage around the cooler base. I agreed to the proposed fix and on two occaisions it was supposed to have been taken care of. However, Vititow has not kept either appointment to do the repair. No phone calls, no nothing. I am on my third attempt to have them fix the problem so our new cooler doesnt completey rust away from standing in water all the time. The fact that we have had problems with it doesnt bother me to much because sometimes problems occure. However, the very poor support they have provided since the installation and the fact that my new cooler is rusting along the bottom, is completely unacceptable.
