Your computer and computer components are in good hands. I came to these guys with components for a small form factor build. It dont took long for them in putting it all together considering there wasnt a whole lot of room to work with inside the case. Great knowledge and insight from Alex. I bought a ore built computer . Computer parts have been on back order since corona virus arrived in 2020 and 700 dollar cards can cost up to 1400 so it’s nice to be able buy a computer buoy with everything you need . It’s pricey honestly all custom pc builds are if you want top quality . My graphics card (rtx 3070) was bad. I brought the computer in the next morning and Alex put a new 3070 in with no questions and I was out the door in 15 minutes. My computer works flawlessly . I have a intel i5 processor, tuf gaming asus motherboard, geforce rtx 3070 graphic card and a 600w power supply . Cool lights on all the fans. WiFi and Bluetooth built in. I’m streaming while play video games with no problem

All I can say is wow. I had been computer shopping for a week and had a set budget. Every big box store I went to was sold out of EVERYTHING. They wanted me to pay 75-100$ just to have it shipped within a week. My buddy called me and told me to go check out Custom Bytes. I’m so glad he did. The guy there got me something in my price range, with the exact specs I wanted, and was no pressure at all. I was introduced to this store buy a family member. Not knowing what I was going to get myself into because my brother wanted to surprise me. I walked into the store completely blown away and wanted everything and I can get my hands on. I was met by a guy who then asked me what we were looking for. We were there to build a PC. Now, I am a videographer but I love to game and stream. I wanted to PC to be able to do just that. So we went down a line skipping multiple custom built PCs only to land at two within my price range. I ended up picking out the PCI one in which was a very hard decision but for the money that I spent that day I have an excellent PC. I have no complaints and no problems with my PC. I like these guys tbh. I ordered a Thunder PC from these guys and as a new member to the PC gamer world my biggest concern was getting played from a company because I didn’t know what I was doing basically or know the specs, but these guys didn’t do that at all! Exactly what they told me the PC will do is what it will do. I can play games at max settings with over 80 FPS! They’re also very responsive when you ask a question as well. Ive gotta say, I was majorly impressed by the quality of service I received at Custom Bytes. Not only did they fix my laptop in 1 day! the professionalism was unbelievably satisfying. As a lamen, non-tech-saavy person, tech people can often come across as intimidating, condescending, impatient, and oftentimes a combination of these qualities exist. But at Comp. Bytes, I never once felt that way! Everyone was great, but George in particular was so impressive. It was highly apparent that he is proud of the company he works for, and his people-skills must be next to unmatched in the tech-service world! We got to talking and he was saying how much he loved working for this company, and it gave me a great impression of the company overall. Who doesnt love to hear that a company cares about its people this day and age?! George went on to say he loves his job so much that he hopes to move up in the company someday. If the way he treated me is any indication of how he treats other customers, Compute Bytes owner should absolutely promote him!!! They were totally understand and not pushing me into anything, they explained all the components I asked about and I got the perfect PC. It handles anything and everything I throw at it. Truly a badass setup, and most people think youll end up paying extra through a place like this but I price checked all my components and I barely paid any extra $ at all... but honestly, I wouldnt have minded paying extra because the GPU I wanted is out of stock everywhere else and they had one in a perfect pre built PC

I had a problem with overheating in my PC. Im not really a tech guy, so I had no clue how to fix it. I assumed it was just dust, so I brought it in and in ten minutes they had used an air compressor to clean it out. Since they didnt need to do anything else, they didnt even charge me. One guy spent 10 minutes looking for a converter cable to keep me from having to buy a new power pack. The second time, I just needed 4 tiny screws, and they said, Dont worry about it.
