I had 3 black and white prints I needed enlarged. Called in advance to see if this could be done was told yes. Took prints in found staff to be very unfriendly and unhelpful. Was quoted a price that I agreed to. a few hours later received a call saying they didnt have the paper so they could not do it. I drove back asked to speak to manger. Manger assured me they could do but the paper would take a day to arrive. Then I was told the one mounted on backing board could not be run though the machine I asked if they would make a photo copy and run the photo copy to enlarge the image.When I picked up the prints the enlargement was so pale it was hard to make out the image I told the front desk person I was not happy and asked if they could redo the one she informed me they would have to charge me again plus labor. I paid a set price witch included everything including labor now I had to pay that price Plus labor as extra .Being a small business owner of a design company I understand how important customer care is.I gave Lynn Imaging fair shot for my business they failed beyond my wildness dreams in customer care. If any of my employees treated any customer the way I was treated they would be fired on the spot.
