Every piece of stone chiseled to perfection. Farid and his guys even repurposed my old kitchen granite to fit the cabinets I had installed in my basement. They were very thorough and careful with installation and stone care instructions. Every member of the Louisville Countertop staff was courteous and extremely helpful through the entire process. Best experience I had with a contractor. Fair price, impeccable installation service and great stones. I did countertops in baths and kitchen and two staircases with granite slabs with leather finish. You should do stairs with leather finish granite slabs - best decision I made. Your feet are not cold stepping on it, my young kids are safe going down the steps and our family loves it. Every visitor in our house tells us how much they love the stairs.

I didnt think my budget would allow granite.....and, it did not.But, Cheri answered my call and provided other contact info. Answered my e-mail immediately and provided my quote in one day!I called 6 places. 2 did not return my call, 2 still havent answered my e-mail or provided their quote, 1 gave a quick verbal with no details or info. Louisville Countertop was much cheaper than the other reply.

Template on a Saturday, Open the Store the next day for us to see what we liked (We Found one) installed countertops 4 days later !!! Had an excellent experience with Louisville Countertops. They fabricated and installed a quartz shower bench and a three piece quartz vanity top for a master bath remodel. Prompt and efficient on the job. Highly recommend them. We were able to save money by using remnants and they were really helpful and patient while I picked out the pieces from their remnant stock on hand.

They suggested that we use remnants for the bathrooms and gave us a huge discount! They let us visit their suppliers to actually see the slabs for our kitchen and once we made our decision, the countertops were installed just a few days later! Louisville Countertop has done it once again! They just installed granite countertops in my newly remodeled kitchen and I LOVE it. They were very quick with install, but this did not stop the quality. From templating to install I only had to wait a few days which is UNHEARD OF! The quality is awesome, service was great, and they were able to get my whole counter out of one slab so I do not have to worry about seams! They traveled about an hour and a half to my house and I am so happy they were willing to come this far. All work was done through my lead contractor and I’m so glad they chose LC! Would use them again in a heartbeat and definetly would recommend to anyone.
