Had to have a dress tailored quickly. They had it finished in just a few days and it looked great!!! Dropped another dress off there this week!

I had my wedding dress alterations done here and was very pleased with how everything turned out! The dress fit great after the changes made, and the price I paid was very reasonable. I will return to this business for any future alterations needed.

I’ve been using US Tailor for years. Autumn is great - professional, fast, and impeccable service. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my alteration needs.

Autumn did the fittings for my wedding dress and I couldnt habe been happier! The customer service is great and the work she does is exquisite!

I had a pair of pants which had no hem. I needed them quickly for last minute work travel. Im average in measurements so Ive never needed a tailor. Im so glad I chose US Tailor. They were very efficient, did nice work, and had an appropriate charge for service.

Great work on my backpacks that needed repairs.

Had a prom dress hemmed for my daughter. They did not get the hem even all the way around, so I had to leave it four additional days. When my husband picked it up, they charged him double the price of another dress I had hemmed 3 months ago! Tried to justify that the extra cost was due to the dress having layers..it does not! It has a slip..really feel ripped off!

They are very professional and do great work. We moved to Shelbyville but I still drive to Louisville to get my alterations done here!!

Autumn greets me by name every time I go. Such a friendly and accommodating business woman. I had a Derby dress mishap the morning of Derby and took it to Autumn. She fixed it within 10 minutes. Best Tailor in town. I wont go anywhere else!

Customer service was not good. There was no one else there at 3pm and we had to put our dishes on the table next to us.

I had a pretty complex alteration job - I had 4 curtain panels needing to be lengthened and 2 panels needing to be shortened. Autumn and her husband were very professional from beginning to end. The curtains look terrific, they got the measurements just right, exactly like I had asked for. Quite reasonable on their pricing. Very positive experience - Id highly recommend these people to anyone!

They are amazing! I had an all lace bridesmaid dress that was probably 4 inches too tight in the chest. Not only did they do an amazing job (no one knew it had panels!), they charged less than other tailors had quoted by about 30%, AND they were done a week quicker than they had originally told me! I will never use another tailor in town!

Normally I don’t write a negative review, but then again, I haven’t been given a reason in doing so, so here we are.Over $100 for four items to be taken in, and/or hemmed. They are all still way too big and too long, after being specific, and having shown what was wanted. Even after pinning etc, all were still too big, too long. And the situation wasn’t rectified. Never again here. Wasted time and money. Will now have to go spend more money; money I shouldn’t have to spend in the first place, to get it all fixed, because it wasn’t done correctly the first time, & weren’t willing to rectify the situation.

Me and a buddy had to get something stitched onto our pharmacy jackets. I called around and many people wanted 20 dollars. I called up Us Tailor and I was told 7 bucks. We rolled in and handed our jackets over. After talking about when we needed it she went from picking it up next week to picking it up same day (5 hours later). My experience at Us Tailor was very nice and I would strongly recommend it to anyone in need of a tailor at a good price.

Be wary of this tailor. I was a repeat customer and when I arrived to pick up items they were not complete and charged $25 more than their regular price. When questioned on the price raise they were beyond rude, even though I had just had the same service done two weeks prior.

I was looking for a individual zipper slider pull to fix a broken one on my MC jacket and did a search and Us Tailor came up. I was in the area without my jacket and stopped in. This is a full tailor shop that I was not aware of in the area. I was greeted at the door and given a zipper pull slider very reasonably. I only had half of the old zipper with me so we had to eyeball the size. Once home I couldnt get it to fit. I stopped in the next morning and she spent 20-30 minutes helping me find one that worked. She did an even exchange and didnt even charge me for her time. Great shop and people...Highly Recommended!!! Look forward to doing business again:-)

Friendly couple, greeted me by name after a few visits. They always listen to what I am trying to do, and can be very accommodating with turnaround time when requested.

Got prom dress tailored, and it looks & fits perfectly.

I brought in 4 shirts to have sleeves shortened. They only shortened 2 of the 4 which I discovered after getting home. I brought back the 2 and they treated me like I made the mistake! No apology - just rudeness.

Always polite, friendly, and professional. Usually just have pants hemmed always done how I want and within one week.

Consumer alert. Do not do business with these people. They screwed up an alteration, charged $45 and would not refund the money. Buyer beware!!
