They were so kind and helpful there! Everything was reasonably priced, organized, and they had such a great selection! Definitely recommend :)

Still snooty after 2 years of shopping here. The younger girl that works there though is very nice. Its a shame this is the only place in Louisville to buy dance attire.

Beautiful inside. Big selection of dance wear and shoes. A very knowledgeable young lady fit my 4 year old granddaughter with ballet slippers. Convenient to I64. Will use this place again.

Today was the first and hopefully last time i will ever go to this store. After basically being forced to go because i couldn’t find tap shoes in my daughters size anywhere else. I walked in with my 2 children and was never greeted but definitely stared at! As i see the corner where the shoes are located i proceed to walk back there and when i past the counter i say loudly “Hello!! Thanks for greeting me”As cute as the store is it pained me to spend my hard earned $50 with a company who doesn’t make me feel welcome. I like to spend my money when i feel comfortable and i truly did not feel that way in this store.

The lady there helped me get all of the things i needed for my dance class. she let me try the things on and made me feel comfortable and welcomed!! it was very nice. :)

I will NOT recommend anyone in the dance community to purchase anything from this store. I will make sure that I let all of the dance Moms and Dads that I come in contact with to not purchase anything from this establishment... My experience today was hurtful and highly disrespectful. I was not greeted by the two sales people behind the desk nor the other 3 employees that passed by me and looked me directly in my face. Myself, my Grandmother and my daughter(whom I was purchasing for) were never acknowledged. As I stepped closer to the counter and older woman asked if I was going to check out and I told her I needed help. She then pointed her finger to the back of the store and told me to Sit down! That happened 3 times as I was trying to tell her that I needed help with more than just the shoes. I almost felt like a 5 year old being scolded by their mother in the harsh manner that she was speaking to me. I then placed the leotards back on the rack and told her I dont think so and left. Its unfortunate that I now have to purchase from another establishment or online because of the hateful, racist behavior I experienced today. She had no idea I was going to spend over $300 for my daughters dance items. I hope that they learn from their mistake.

I walk in the store and immediately I am greeted kindly and am asked what they can help me with. I find them to be a great place for most dance wear such as pointe shoes and leotards. Those are just a few examples of the many more.Theyre friendly and willing to work with you for whatever and however long it is that you are in need of assistance.

Just getting in to the dance world and the staff helped me set up everything I needed to get my daughter started in ballet.

I went in this afternoon to exchange the size of my 2 year old daughters tap shoes because they were too small. My daughter had worn them for a few minutes at her dance class and because they had a few scuffs on the taps, they would not exchange them and even when I had my receipt. The woman was very quick to tell me that she had sold me a brand new pair of shoes and if they had been worn even the slightest that they could not exchange them. The funny thing was that while we were having this conversation there was a little girl trying on tap shoes and tapping in them in the store. So, I am sure there were scuffs on the bottom of those too. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be returning to this store again.
