I wish I could give no stars. We payed for new furniture upfront nearly $4000. We received the wrong couch. We were missing items and had to make several trips back to get more items we realized they scammed us out of. And to make it worse, the worst part of this whole experience is when I went to receive an item they once again forgot, I took it home and a HUGE roach (like 2 -3 inches long) crawled out! Who is paying $4000 for a roach infestation. They offered me a $50 credit and nothing else. Please don’t shop here. The stuff is really cute which is why we went, but the customer service and process of making sure they actually gave you what they paid for us not worth it. Especially the roaches they are giving out. Hopefully that alone deters you enough.

Very very nice furniture and also other products got to check out a bedroom suite.

I went there for the fist time today with a couple friends. Its in the building where the old Winn Dixie used to be. They carry just about anything you need for your home or apt. Prices are competative and their employees very nice. They keep the store nice and clean.

I went to the 4th street store to buy chairs. I noticed some were on clearance for $29.99. All 4 different sets lined up back to back. When I went to purchase 1 set of them a lady came over and said these are $299 each. I said Ok I will get the ones with the sign that says $29.99. I was then told Those are fine bring them up front. After bringing them up front I found out even with the sign they were $199 each. After saying I would just go somewhere else she said she would charge me $49.99 each. I told her that I only wanted to spend $70 on chairs. Then she told me the ones next to the ones with the sign were 29.99 but no others. Most legitimate stores would honor the store pricing. I will not be shopping here anymore.

A great store, where you find everything you need at one stop shop. Finance they have available, for 90days same as cash and no credit needed, where if you have good credit they have up to a year same as cash. Wonderful merchandise and great quality. Customer service is great too available in Spanish and Arabic too. I love shopping there!!

Great store,great items,clean store, wonderful parking close to the door.I loved that they had so many colored curtains,shower curtains,bathroom rugs to pick from.I love the shower curtain liner I bought it was hotel style and was the very thick type.I really like the rack I bought that you can hang socks,wash cloths to dry,etc.I also bought my son a awesome outdoor rug that has guitars on it and wasvery colorful and awesome looking.I also bought my son a very nice umbrella that looked really nice with wooden handles.My cashier Fatima was inviting,helpful and friendly.I will be back soon with my daughter to show her all the great things this store has to offer.Dorothy StoneMay 2001

I think this place is great. I like the prices and selection. Its the kind of place where I go in for one thing, like a shower curtain or bed pillow, and wind up spending 45 minutes finding things I never knew I needed! The staff is always friendly.

Well who ever designed your website should be fired. Ive been in your stores and your stores are packed wall to wall with a lot of nice things. But now Im not able to walk any great distance threw any store. So now I depend on shopping on the net. So tried using yours and very limited product on there. I typed in childrens area rug and your site shows me fire places and kitchen tables everything else but a rug. I just wished you had a better website that was easy to use and if I type in lamps I should get lamps if I type in vases I get vases not couches. Thanks and hope you get a better web designer.

China was helping us, she was super super nice and helpful. We did buy a dining table and thanks to her we got the color we wanted. She’s cuban just like us so it was really nice to speak Spanish w/ her. Overall great experience, there was lots of furniture to choose from.

The 4th st location is horrible!!!! I ordered a twin size mattress it was delivered ripped. They said they would exchange it out the same day and didn’t. The next day they brought the wrong mattress. I was promised correct mattress on the third day and it wasn’t delivered nor a phone call as to why!!! I won’t purchase from that location ever again.

Jacob was amazing. He helped me walk out with exactly what I was looking for. This is my second purchase with the Home Center and I will shop with them again in the future.

I went to home center today to find me a bed and all Mr Jacob came to the door and help me in I was in a wheelchair and he also became a real nice sales person sold me a nice bed I just want to say that this store do have good workers in here and that Mr Jacob was very nice and respectful to his address thank you very much

I am from Kentucky, Lexington, they came to me on several sites because I am commenting on the furniture that I have bought has a lot of defects and will come to me again. They received me the best reception until they got the money and then I bought the furniture, but the surprise happened that there were defects that needed to be repaired and I was I called to exchange it or return it, but to no avail, but after that they were not responding to any call and until now the goods need repair because from the first week they have been damaged, so they have no conscience or morals, they have caused the whole family to despair and distrust, especially since we bought furniture for the new home and it was a surprise Until now, they are indifferent, neither to suspending nor criticizing nor submitting a complaint ...And they deducted some of the money for the purchases when we wanted to return it due to a defect in it so that they do not allow us to express our opinion, which forced us to evaluate their bad way of dealing

The customer service at this store is awesome! Ive shopped here multiple times and theyre always very helpful and friendly. I bought a bed, mattress, night stands, chest, a rug and other décor items from this store and I am pleased with all of them. Theyre always bringing in new items as well. Love this store!💜

If you have things getting delivered plan on just staying home the entire day to wait on them. Even long after regular business hours. You never know when they will arrive and they won’t tell you. Also, they call and say we are five minutes away or on your street. They do not call 30 minutes in advance or and hour ahead.

Purchased Washer and a Dryer was listed as New got delivered Used ! washer didn’t work and it was wrong dryer. Home center came and got merchandise offered store credit. Didn’t see anything I wanted at the time but store manager still wants to have me pay $1,000 for said store credit ( When they HAVE the merchandise). In other words MAKING me shop with them! I have no merchandise received absolute terrible customer service but I’m supposed to pay $1,000 and come back for future business? LolThey in fact put the dryer right back on the floor for resale the next day, very shameless business practices to say the least. YOU CANT FORCE CUSTOMERS TO SHOP WITH YOU! Every business in retail wants to be Walmart or Amazon it starts with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was pleasantly surprised. The store had pretty good prices on most items and some high prices on others. And when I checked out they took another 20% off! Not bad, eh?! I found a number of household items of quality at prices competitive with the nearby Family Dollar. I would recommend this unusual store to anyone. They are like a small, kind of ethnic K-Mart.

Put furniture in layaway in March. Covid happened. Part of my furniture that made it to the store was damaged. Had to change out color of bedroom suite.They damaged one of the kitchen chairs while putting together. It’s September almost October and still waiting on couch and loveseat and coffee table but end table did not get damaged. Found out last week they don’t make the coffee table anymore so I have an end table with no coffee table.They was also going to charge us a delivery charge again.....Was told the furniture was all there when we put in layaway.... hmmm I guess someone paid up front so they ended up with our furniture.....Yes nice people and nice store.When customers purchase things and pay for them you expect to get what you paid for.I think it’s time to figure out the next step......Do NOT put anything in layaway.....you’ll never receive it.

We had a great experience all around. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a great deal and delivery was in less than 24 hours. When the couch we received had a tear in the fabric, we call and submitted. Within the hour, they had removed the damaged and replaced it. We will be recommending them to friends and we are thankful for their willingness to make things right!
