They were just so great. They are a busy place but took the time to make sure I got what I needed in a very reasonable time. I ordered a bulk delivery, communication was great and the driver was so kind and did a great job dumping a truckload onto our tiny driveway. The quality of the mulch (cedar) was phenomenal - fresh and very clean - and it smells amazing. I walk out of the house and am surrounded by that wonderful smell - so much better than most mulches. We’ll def be back.

I ordered 6 cubic yards of #3 gravel for a driveway and did not get my full order. The driver said he had 2 other stops before he got to me which means he definitely did not give me what I ordered. When did he return to get my gravel? I believe he guestimated about how much was in his truck. I paid way too much for that little bit.

Great customer service. Gentlemen was willing to stay over for me to pick up topsoil, even though it wasnt necessary. I wont go anywhere else as a homeowner. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is great.

DO NOT BUY BLACK NIGHT MULCH THEY CHARGE HIGH DOLLAR AND IT WASH THE COLOR OUT AFTER ONE RAIN. LOOKS LIKE WATER LOGED WOOD NO COLOR LEFT. SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY SCAMED ME. I CALLED. THEY DIDNT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

Great place for your landscaping plans

We looked around for weeks trying to find a company that had the rock we wanted at a price we could afford. We finally found The Mulch Company! We traveled 40 minutes out of our way to come view the merchandise here and were NOT disappointed. To top it off, the lady there was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! So glad we came and thrilled with our purchase!

Called about topsoil. Was quoted $27 a scoop and the max they could haul was 8 scoops per load. I knew the size of their truck so I was good with that price for a full truck load. After a $40 delivery fee they showed up with about a THIRD of a truck load worth of dirt. They said they are capped by weight, not capacity. They dont bother to tell you the scoop is a bobcat size scoop, not a frontloader scoop, despite the frontloader they have sitting near the dirt area. So $270 later and I have probably a quarter of the dirt I need. I will not be returning and advise anyone else to be very clear about how much you are actually paying for.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.....THEIR SCOOPS ARE EXTREMELY LITTLE AND PRICES FOR THOSE LITTLE SCOOPS IS OUTRAGEOUS.......GO TO RIDGEVIEW OR ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!
