Tina was fantastic to work with getting the appointment set up. I was informed when they were on the way which was great. When Chad arrived, he went above and beyond to explain what he was doing with emptying the tank and was extremely helpful flagging lateral lines, even taking the time to walk with me so I would know exactly where everything began and ended. We had a very good experience with this company! We had an entire sewer line collapse the night before a family member went in for surgery. Early the next morning when we called they had a truck in the area and sent them to pump our septic within the hour. Repairs were expected to take several days so we called for a port-a-potty and it was delivered within 2 hours. The price seemed reasonable as well. Tina in the office was especially receptive to our concerns and was a delightful!

The service was prompt and thorough. Service techs were friendly, explained their findings in terms I could understand.

Bullitt County Septic conducted an inspection of a septic system for a home I am intending to purchase. The entire process from scheduling to receiving the report was seamless. I found Mr. Gage and his assistant to be professional and very competent. I was very pleased and highly recommend this company.
