First time customer. Service was good and prices about what you would expect from a non big box store. They even provided additional assistance in cutting some culvert piping for me. New to the area and will absolutely be going back.

I needed a certain type lumber..i went to 2 Lowes location the night before. To no avail. Was actually headed to another store. When we drove up on West Point Limber. Being able to take care of this vs outside. Then take my ticket in and pay. Seemed like less walking. Loved it.

Great place will find great deals from time to time. Have rarely walked in and not got someone to greet you and help you find the right stuff you need.

They had a wide variety of raw material. Prices were fair at $16 dollars for half scoop of gravel. $25 dollars for a full scoop of gravel; those prices totally beats out the $5 you pay per bag at some department stores. The employees were curtious and knowledgeable.They had samples conveniently placed in small cups so I could see exactly what I was going to be purchasing. The lady who worked there was able to help me choose which size gravel I needed for my driveway. Prior to me going there today I never realized gravel was sold in different sizes, and each size serves its purpose. after I made my decision they were quick and efficient, the young man who put the load in the back of my truck which had a full size refrigerator in it did it with precision. I would definitely recommend this place after I get home and drop off this load in the fridge Ill be going back for another full load.

Great store and very helpful staff. Family owned stores seem to care more about every aspect of their business and it shows at West Point Lumber. Always seem to have what I need. Great prices on bulk mulch and on grass seed. Always a pleasure to do business with them.
