Stopped by here in the big truck. Found out you need to order 24 hrs in advance then pickup. But the lady had the antennas I wanted, president texas and two 7 foot skip shooters so i got them that day. Wished i could have went in and shopped as im sure I would have bought more. But all in all worked out.

Ordered a meter from them. Meter never showed up. Tried calling but they apparently leave real early on Fridays with my package out there somewhere. Emailed them Friday by Tuesday no response at all from Copper. Called my credit card company who stopped the payment for something I did not receive which seems to have upset them. They were all like you should have contacted us like I had not made attempts to do so. Will be my last time doing business with this company as there are better and cheaper alternatives. Im assuming emailing them is not considered contacting them first as I waited five days for them to respond to me with no avail. Maybe work a little later in the day than 3pm? Close to 30 years of being a customer.. this ended that relationship. THANKS CB WORLD FOR MATCHING THEIR PRICE.

By and far the worst customer service experience to date. It is really not worth taking the time to explain the details. Should you find yourself in the position to have to call, you will encounter the rudest person in customer service history. She does not have solutions and will quickly threaten to cancel the order for you. I try and make every effort to support smaller businesses even if it means spending a little more. I will take my business elsewhere. Minus 3 stars.

My initial call was to a lady that made me feel like it was an inconvenience for her to help me. I almost hung up as she sighed and barked her words. We got the order done though. I called a week later to follow up with the order. This time it was very pleasant and helpful. Everything came in as ordered. I feel I do not need to bash them as I also have customers to deal with all the time. We just need to take a breath before we answer the phone and be pleasant. Called and asked if they carried the President Bill, and was told by Miss attitude they dont sell President radios. Went on website and saw 2 President radios for sell, not discontinued, but the Bill wasnt one of them. Even if they displayed the radio I wanted, I wouldnt have bought it from them, because I dont like being lied to.....Bet most of the 5 stars are from emoyees.

After buying radio stuff from them for 30+ years with no issues. Suddenly during a conversation I had today with them. Explaining the microphone we bought from them appeared to be used or tampered with in some fashion. The lady was rude, non caring and unprofessional. Never in all my years of business has anyone treated me so rudely. She told me never to shop there again and to take my business elsewhere after insulting me and basically calling me a liar. She insinuated that it was my fault they sold me a used microphone. Beware of this company because they are selling used merchandise back to people as new. Im still having trouble with this mentally after 30+ years of business with copper. Im so very disappointed about what this company has turned into. Beware folks. Shop elsewhere.

Very unprofessional company. They advertise Paypal logo.. once paid using the platform offered on their site and complying with all their requirements. They refuse to ship to Canada and send you lies by email. I was forced to make threats about Social Medial complaints and legal repercussions in order to be issued a refund. They had me waste precious time. Stay away from such poor business practices. Google should drop them on page 2500 to protect customers.

Id like to share the excellent service copper electronics Provides I messed up on An order I ordered 2 items instead of one which turned out to be a lot of money copper electronics notified me following day to make sure thats what I wanted to do I told them I only wanted 1 item they canceled the second order and had my money back in the bank in about 10 minutes all by email. Now thats service !!!

Pretty good store for CB radios. Used to have a display case back in the old days 10 to 15 years ago. Never had a problem though with service or orders with these guys

They don’t do repairs or in-house walk in sales anymore according to the dock guy I spoke with. Guess they’ve grown enough to screw the little guy lmao.

Well copper could you tell me what kind of power supply will run my Texas star 1600 . I have bin using 2. 12 volt battery.

They don’t have a show room anymore you have to call and place your order pay for it over the phone and then swing by and pick it up using the telephone in the lobby.

Everything went fine during tbe ordering process. I was purchasing them as a birthday gift. A family crisis delaid us programming. When we put the disk in the computer, it messed up the fuctioning of the computer. We called a computer tech to fix it. Then we were able to program ONE of the two radios. Tried over a period of time, to program the second, to no avail. When we called Baofeng customer service and explained what happened the young ladys first comment was youve had them three months. Not and offer of help or suggestions just that we need to purchase a second cable for the second radio to work. Thats NONSENSE! As little as I know of electronics, I know all the cables are made the same for the same devices. So why would a second cable make a difference, if the devices are identical?

No showroom. You have to blindly order and hope its what you need, instead of actually putting your hands on the item and being sure before purchasing.
