They have very unique and nice gifts here, all incorporating bourbon of course. They are the only small batch soy sauce makers in the US which is amazing. Their Ponzu soy sauce is absolutely wonderful! Staff is all very friendly as well.

Started as a soy sauce manufacturer and then capitalized with the Bourbon traditions.... One of the first to work with Kelvin Cooperage to make a non-alcoholic product. The Napa valley of the bluegrass.

I used the smoked sugar on this years Thanksgiving hams. Everyone- I mean literally everyone was blown away. I used just a tiny bit of the worsteshire sauce on the smoked turkeys and they were a total hit as well. As the owner of a niche grill experience, Im often thinking of ways to use Bourbon Barrel Food products to give my product that unique taste opportunity. Hopefully folks that are gifted BBF products will use them in a way such as to showcase both, their cooking skills and give the BBF products the prompts they deserve.BBFs, well done indeed.
