A Wonderful local farm. An excellent choice for a day of family fun. πI got tickets through Groupon for the Pumpkin Patch Experience, a five-pack for $16 that alone is worth 5-stars for such a great deal! Cost includes everything except for pony rides, food/drinks, and the price for pumpkins. Pumpkins were roughly $8 for medium and $20 for large. My family was able to spend the day roaming the farm. Truly a hidden gem.πΈWandering the farm and taking pictures.π½Walking through the corn maze.πSearching for pumpkins.π°Playing in the hay castle.πππ¦π·πAdmiring the billy goats, chickens, turkeys, pigs, horses.πHayride.π΄Pony rides for $6.π©π₯€There was a food truck that had yummy donuts and a pop-up with tasty specialty drinks.
Very excited I found a local farm that has grass finished meat along with tons of organ meats and fresh veggies. I truly believe in knowing your local farmers name and supporting local thinking global - voting with your dollars. I will be here every Friday! Be aware of their open hours just Friday and Saturday.Been really enjoying the duck eggs as well π¦π¦π¦π₯π₯π₯
Great fall experience. A little crowded but fun for the kids. Good selection of pumpkins produce and goodies.
Wonderful farm and very kid friendly. Excellently priced. Will be back again next year!
Ive been going here exclusively to buy all my meats and eggs, and Ill never go to another! The staff is lovely, the eggs are great, and the meat is exceptional. Love this place SO MUCH. They have some produce as well, which is super yummy too. Highly recommend.
Super cute pumpkin patch! Smaller side but great for toddlers!
My favorite local urban farm!!Great service, wide variety of products, fair prices, and a fantastic pumpkin patch!!Beef, pork, various meats. Duck & chicken eggs. Locally-sourced honey. Garden plants during summertime. CSA. And a family friendly pumpkin patch in the fall. Our family loves 7th Generation Farms!!
Awesome local spot to take the kiddos
I have been getting meat and eggs here for years. Our family loves their beef, pork and chicken, their chicken and duck eggs are great, love the honey and always stock up with fresh veggies in the summer. The quality is amazing, the service is incredible, highly recommend everything they offer.
Super fun. They had all sorts of farm animals, a pony ride, little hay mazes (not a corn maze but my little ones enjoyed it) and a little farm stand. We took a while to choose the perfect pumpkin and spent almost 2 hours at the patch altogether. Such a fun time for everyone! I will be back!
Great place for kids with farm animals, small and smaller child size mazes, straw bale climbing and lots of pumpkins. And, antique farm implements, honey, yard decorations, squash and lots of pumpkins! Best of all, modest charge of $5 for adults can be applied to purchases.
Cannot recommend this place enough! Tons of variety of pumpkins. I love the fact they also have meats and vegetables as well! We will be back!
Nice place for children to get pumpkins and see some farm animals. For the adults theres food trucks and fresh produce.
Weve been doing business with William for 13-14 years now, and we wouldnt do business any other way. Support your local farmers!
Great for kids
Such a neat family owned patch! Every employee was also very friendly! Great safety precautions for a pandemic as well!
Get a pumpkin some bread your set a great little spot right on the edge of town.
Great place to let the toddlers run around the pumpkins for a while.
The pigs are fat, the goats are happy, and lots and lots of pumpkins.Hay pyramids for kids and adults to climb on
Great place, really well managed for pumpkin patching in the time of COVID. Thank you!

My family had a lot of fun here last weekend! We picked some pumpkins, veggies and pumpkin bread, checked out the animals, played in the corn (this huge bin of dried corn like a sandbox, my kids NEVER wanted to leave this one!) Also, we liked the photo spots and the fact that it is way less crowded than the Chatfield Botanic Gardens (which is fun, dont get me wrong, but becomes PACKED with people).
Great family place. You can see animals, pick out pumpkins, and ride a pony.
Windy when we went but it was fun.
Visited with my 3 young children yesterday and it was a great experience! A free tractor ride to the pumpkin patch, lots of real farm animals, a fun hay-bale mountain, not to mention they offer all kinds of fresh meat raised on their farm (I havent tried the meat yet). The pumpkins were great and prices were very reasonable. You have to pay $5 for the corn maze but we didnt have time to try it out. Only 4-stars because they didnt have a good selection of smaller-medium sized pumpkins.
Great local farm worth checking out. Their seasonal veggies are great as is the bacon. The bacon is probably the best I have ever had. They also do seasonal events, corn maze, egg hunt etc. You can also just stop by and walk around to check out a working farm.
A wonderful farm experience for all ages. Hay rides, corn maze and every imaginable farm animal: chickens, ducks, geese, cows, goats, sheep, miniature horses, plow horses, all variety of pigs, even yaks. And, to boot, the meat and produce are delicious and more than reasonably priced. This is a two family - stress on family - operation. They farm 8,000 acres between Denver and Boulder (if memory serves me), grow all of their livestock feed and maintain those lovely fields that without their hard and dangerous work of would be no more than unsightly patches of weeds.
We brought our grandchildren here to enjoy the corn maze and pick a pumpkin. It was a great time, they also enjoyed the animals and hay bale pile to climb on. The people were friendly and helpful. We went home with fresh eggs as well.We highly recommend bringing your family here!
My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. We bought a few pumpkins, stocked up on meats and produce for a great price, and got to walk around the farm. Anyone that complains about how they treat their animals clearly doesnt know what theyre talking about, I grew up on a farm. Trust me, theyre fine. Highly recommend this place over the other pumpkin patch in the area.
Wow this place is amazing, we stopped by and got some incredible fresh eggs, plant seedlings, fresh honey, amazing!
Fun pumpkin patch and a lot of good places for some super cute family photos!!! And they had a petting zoo that was really cool too!!!
Great local farm with awesome selection of grass fed meat, eggs, produce, honey, and plants.
Love this small farm!!Always pleasant.
This is one of our go-to places to take the kids on weekends when we want to get out of the house. They have chickens, turkeys, ducks, horses, pigs, cows and goats. They also do pick your own pumpkins, hay rides and a light corn maze. The folks who run it are very nice and friendly. And if you really enjoyed the animals you can take some home in the form of reasonably priced meats and eggs.
Sweet little farm, adorable animals and really great products
Their sign was open, so I went in trying to find a pumpkin. The lady was so rude and told me I couldnβt be in the patch because it was private property. How are you supposed to pick a βU Pick Em Pumpkinβ if I canβt go into the patch?!
Great Place. The owner are amzing people. Come here to buy food for Human consumption as well as animal food. They sell both. They have really great prices on everything. As far as I am concerned you buy everything organic. Its all fresh.
This place is amazing! Bought local honey, sirloin and ground beef today. Methinks much of my meat, eggs and such will be coming from this place from now on. :) Shop local! Local food is good for the body and soul!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FARM and totally grateful they are so close by to me in Lafayette! π€ πΆπ»π
My family of three had an amazing time. The kids (and parents) loved the real farm feel and farm animals. Pumpkins lovely and reasonably priced.
Would like to see pictures and videos of the slaughter to have an honest look into this place
I am giving one star because I went there two times just to see animals. Both times, I did not get a good impression about how they treat those beautiful animals especially chickens. My First visit, it was in October last year, the pumpkin season, I was next to birds yard, enjoying watching them. Then suddenly this guy threw few watermelons in middle of crowd chickens, I understood that it was for feeding them but the way he threw watermelons was so careless and it could hurt the birds badly. The way he threw the watermelon made me feel that those chickens were there just for sale, I did not feel the care and love connection for those poor chickens from the farm owner. Then my second visit, just few days ago, it was very hot and sunny, I came across the pig yard next to birds yard, although the pigs were sleeping under the shade, their yard was too dry and all muds are dried up like a rock, I did not see any mud pond for them to play. There was one water container but it did not seem to reachable. Although I enjoyed the petting and watching other animals, one thing still stucked in mind was that, at the end, I was about to leave, I guess, they had customer who came to buy chickens, the way they catch chicken was pretty sad to see. i wish, they have a better way to catch them, it was scary to other birds. Thank god, I did not see the scene after they caught. I love animals and I would like to see happiness while they are alive. I just wanted express how I felt and I hope they will treat them better in future.
Best Pumpkin patch Ive been to! Free tractor ride out to the patch with cheap prices for the large pumpkins we got! Pigs, goats, cows, chickens typical with a great visitor layout! Fresh produce and meat are also for sale.
Wonderfully fun time!
We had such a great experience at 7th Generation Farm! The staff was super friendly and helpful.
This is the 6th year weve gotten hogs from William for our annual pig roast. He always takes care of us even when he has to jump through hoops to do so. Best meat in town... Coming from a chef and a butcher of 20 years.
Great people, amazing pumpkins, great selection! Highly recommend for your first stop! Thank you!!!
Our favorite farm to visit because of their high quality meat and they are genuinely nice. Their beef is nicely marbled and has a nice texture because they hook hang, which is an old time way, that I prefer. They have a meat CSA which is a nice option because they have chickens, ducks, geese, beef, pork, lamb, goat. To get special orders or any poultry, you need to be a part of their csa or friend of the farm, because its Colorado law. Its $25 to put towards next years chickens, and that amount goes towards your order. Its a little weird, but required because they cant sell itThey have basic veggies, things like my grandma would grow in her garden, things like beats, lots of squash, etc. They really focus on meat.Bee hives are all over their farms, one right near our place so its fun to see a bee pollinating our tomatoes and wonder if thats one that made the honey were having. Its hidden gem in the city.
Such a cool experience! They took us out in a tractor and then brought the pumpkins back for us and still charged a flat rate that was very well priced!
This is where we get our roasted chiles & pumpkins each fall; this morning there were new piglets! Our kids always enjoy-
Very nice farm and pumpkin patch. Loved seeing all the animals!
Great place to buy meat and eggs at very reasonable prices, and to see the animals it comes from
Great meat, fair prices. And most of all, animals are being well treated.
Lots of fun
We really enjoyed! Thank you !
Absolutely great prices and quality!
Perfect place to pick pumpkins!
Uncertain...I know itβs one step next to impossible to make a living farming and itβs bottomless work but the animal facilities are really rough and hodgepodge and most notably, please get those horses a farrier?!?!?!
