Just visiting this place is an act of self-care. The vibe in here is so wonderful, and everything is really beautifully coordinated. I was surprised to see how many unique, non-plant gifts were available as well! A great place to get a gift for many different types of people.

Amazing Shop and shop owner! Whenever I visit Forage I want to buy all the plants and all of the fun accessories and gift items they have. We took a terrarium class here as well and it was such a fun way to spend our evening. Highly recommend this place to anyone that loves unique gifts or just wants to treat yo self. :)

Very friendly and helpful people here who love plants. Not only did they help me find 0panta that would work well in my office, buy they taught me how to care for them as well. What I thought was amazing was their plant rehab where they take care of neglected plants and bring them back to life. Ill definitely be going back!

Such a unique gem! Forage is a small, local business focusing on plants.. not flowers. Succulents, cacti, air plants, etc. fill their stores and they are constantly getting shipment in so there is always new options to choose from.The best part is how helpful they are. Ask them which plants are best for low light, low maintenance, propagation, houses with curious animals, anything. Regardless of the situation, they have a suggestion for you and make taking care of a plant baby seem less intimidating.Have a plant that looks like its having issues? Theyll help with that too. Bring it in or message them on Instagram and theyre right there to help guide. They have even helped with repotting plants.The customer service here is top notch and the reason I keep coming back. Plus you can drink a beer or have a glass of wine while browsing their store. Always a plus.

Always a vast selection of the latest IT plants that are irresistible. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and there is usually a fur baby there to greet you!

The cutest shop in Germantown! Just walking into puts a smile on my face every time. This is THE place to go for any of your plant needs! Lots of wonderful options and every member of the staff that I’ve encountered has been so hopeful. I typically have a brown thumb but they helped me choose plants that are low maintance (although they do have plant butlers that can help take care of your plants if you choose any that need more tlc) and I can happily say that my plants are all still green and growing! One of my favorite shops in town!

My (first) experience at Forage started off wonderful last Sunday. The employee was super helpful and extremely knowledgable about plants. She helped us pick the perfect plant for our apartment based on our personal preferences. She also told us that Forage offers free potting services and free delivery. We were sold and bought the plant! We were told the plant would be delivered on Wednesday evening.We heard from a different employee on Wednesday that she needed to reschedule the delivery date. Totally fine! We rescheduled to the following evening.We heard from the employee on Thursday morning to confirm a delivery time that worked for both parties. We cleared our schedule to be available for the re-scheduled delievery. However, after many contact attempts, the employee was a no call, no show.After visiting the store to make sure everything was OK the following day, I learned the lack of communication was related to an unfortunate non-work-related event. I knew there was at least one other employee so Im unsure why we didnt recieve any kind of communication from another employee. I saw my pot was empty with the plant sitting beside it and was then informed by the employee there was a $20 delivery fee.Unfortunately, the poor attempt at any kind of service recovery for a $130 plant led to returning the plant. I was upset to leave empty handed as I was so excited to have this beautiful plant in my apartment, but the employee didnt seem to care at all. Poor customer service for a very unique store.
