Unless it has been taking over by some new people I would not even think about going to smileys!!! And too be honest with you they do GREAT WORK when they do it but!! there sign shouldnt be a smiling face it needs to be changed to 🤬,😡 one or the other just plain MEAN!!!! Just hope it has new owners!!!

The staff here is friendly and helpful, but even simple repairs can take an incredibly long time. And if you don’t check your tools thoroughly when picking them up, you can bet you’ll end up making a return trip. Or three.

Gave them a call looking for info on a compressor pump and potential rebuild. They were very helpful! All of my questions were answered and I was given some advice to zero in and determine if I actually had an issue.If I do end up having to need service work I will heading their way.

Theyve had my Dewalt gun for at least 7 weeks!I work for a government fleet and took the gun there to be rebuilt. The main guy was out, but another guy took down my info and said it would take 3-5 days and that hed give me a call once it was done or if he had any questions. 2 weeks go by and I didnt hear anything so I called in and the guy told me he didnt know the status but that Id get a call the same day with an update. After 2 more weeks of no response I called back in and was told that they meant to get ahold of me because they didnt know if I wanted to pay the price of parts versus buying a new one since it was a little expensive. I told him that the cost wasnt an issue, but that I needed it back quickly because the fleet is only allotted so many tools and having one gone for a month at this point has been a pain. He reassured me that the parts would be ordered and he could have it done in two weeks and that he would give me a call if there were any issues. After 3 weeks I still hadnt heard anything so I just called and they said the parts were on back order and that there wasnt an ETA. This guy was slightly more friendly than the others (who were quite the opposite) and said hed call the manufacturer for an update, but this has still been an extremely frustrating process all around. I can understand a delay because of parts, but Ive been lied to, misinformed, misquoted on price, and have never been contacted in the 3+ times Ive been told to expect a call in the 7+ weeks its been there.Try your luck elsewhere if youre in a hurry.

Zero stars if available. Since shop has changed hands service has been awful. My air tool has been there for 1 1/2 months with no update. I called and the guy said he will try to get to it this week. That was two weeks ago.

New owners have done a great job turning the place around, quality fast work and a good attitude.

By far the best air tool repair shop in the state. Quality work, fair price
