We purchased a brand new Generac 70kw unit from this location and had them servicing it (Jeff Cooper). We’ve had 3 power outages and the unit has never turned on. Spent over $30,000 on unit including installation. The last time unit failed, they billed me over $300 to fix it even though it’s still under warranty. We clearly made a mistake using this particular company for our generator needs.
